There was a time when JA had TRP of 6+ and look at the ratings now almost half. So position of the show in chart really doesn't matter.

If we look at the shows ahead of JA it clearly indicates that the amount of negativity shown in JA has killed the show slowly.

I really wonder if the writers/makers watch their own show??

ela i do not think that is the case! first of all the presentation is weak..if you compare the quality of present to the past you will see a starkling difference..there is no connectivity and continuation in characterization..one day a character is shown weak the other day the same character becomes a lion..one day eternal love is shown the next day they are ready to break each other's neck one day ruk is shown all grey with a pinch of some human traits here and there the next day she is all jet black..one day the story is going one way and the very next day it takes a u turn...the characterization is unrealistic..one is too good the other is too bad..in real world that is not the case..and my friend who pressurized me to watch the show loves both jodha and jalal equally and what she hated the most is when kids entered the story and the story became salim centric and that is when she stopped watching and so is the case of all my friends and cousins in india they say the story has taken some other direction and they do not feel that they are watching the same show..people were obsessed with both jodha and jalal's character and they had fallen in love with them both and they want to see the story that revolves around them and not anyone else!...i think what they should have done is shut their story down gracefully and reopened season2 with SA story! now they are showing SA under JA banner!..in other words just like donjas mentioned ekta is cashing on rajat and paridhi's hard work!

No Ela I am not on twitter but read his tweets in forum somebody has posted. The writer comes across as outright rude person.

The truth is these people have taken viewers granted and don't bother about the quality of the show.

The promos are misleading...Some precaps never air...there is no continuity at all in the tracks and they keep changing the storyline as per convenience...add to it the never ending negativity and villains escaping all the time.

Even if the makers are not bothered about TRP...ZEE definitely does and I feel as soon as they find some good show for 8pm slot they will axe JA in no time if TRP keeps deteriorating.

Long time i have stopped watching the show and some tine before now even i am not reading the wu.
For me problem is not ruk but the way they are showing only the negativity in this show it is really main cause of downfall of this show. If they really maintain the positivity as well and show some respect for lead character then the story will be something different. But continous negativity and weak charactersation for lead character killed this show. We were waiting for epic love story and what we got mu, blaming game, kids sharing and most bad thing happened in this show drugging opium a kids. Its really destroy this show. No anyone will want watch this on tv in the name of entertainment. And now who will want to watch now a son hate his parents . Ekta was thinking in the name of Parijat she will cash everything and even try to cash their name in salim-anar story but she forget people want to watch some positivity, some entertainment not crap. This is the reason of continous downfalling of JA

this drop in trp surely proves that a good show doesnt need famous actors or good acting skills to be on top!
viewers want credibility first of all!
and villains cant be protagonists always..at the end it simply sucks! even die hard fans of rt/ps/parijat have given up!
and the funniest is that cvs /ph/ek seems to be blind!
i just applaud them for their murder!
