Since I have not watched it, I can't say much on this but the way it is going I think Salim would have answered that it was Salima Begum who gave him that milk always. May Salima always used to prepare Milk for all the kids and give it to them. How will that child be aware that he was drinking drugs on daily basis which was given by Salima. Ruqu can't be that stupid to make him say Salima gave him spiked drink but will ask him to say that Salima gave him the milk and always ensured that he drink it completely or so to that context.

but he can't even claim that... coz just few days back Jalal himself has witnessed that salim suddenly was feeling sleepy after drinking the milk given by Ruku in Ruku's chamber... coz then it was shown that Jalal looks worried and picks up Salim in his arms and brings him to Jo's chamber, where even Jo is surprised abt how salim slept without listening her lori...

Yes, even I do think it could be the culminating track to expose Ruqu with all proof but by the they will end up punishing all the good people in the sultanate except for Tansen & Birbal or may be Rahim. Can't be sure if they show that Ruqu even planned to eliminate Rahim from her way by showing his support to Salima while she was not supposed to have any visitors and Jalal punishing Rahim for ignoring Sehehnsha's ruling.

Gem when HB supported Jodha during MC track, even then all the proofs were against Jodha and the arch was mixed in the Kesar brought by Amer people and Jodha herself feed that to Ruqu but still HB asked Jalal to give some time to Jodha to prove her innocence then why she could convince Jalal to give some time to Salima. She could have been confined to her hojra but could have given her some scope to prove herself innocent.
