i'm not sure ..but i guess it might be during ruqs visit to salim to gift the dress.cvs always like to glorify ruq without a reaon.sindhu said jo was called muz by hoshiyar and others.now the cvs can't leave their poor ruq disappointed.can they? may be they invented a totle for her .

cvs themselves r in huge prblm in thinking how many new artificial title they can give to their belove ruq begum as history itself didn't give any kind of title to her.
