I had not seen the episode but after reading this WU, and the nonsense called "Repentance cum Charity cum Community service in Chittor and people of Chittor shown accepting it ALSO", i was robbed of my patience, and decided to post a comment.
Now what can i say.?. Didn't i say many times, Ekta will experiment on this issue also and here also will use her "OWN Fabricated events"...Since, the starting we have a Saint Akbar in this show. No matter how much this show is treated HERE as being the one with a heroine halo, but the fact remains, Ekta did a very good job for Akbar...I normally do not bother much about the normal debate here , that who was right and who was wrong, but try to look at the bigger picture..I will agree with you , this show had a lot of positive effect about Akbar on the masses...His image in masses(general public) came out as one being different from the other Mughals, which was NOT the case before..Not all in general public, know about removal of pilgrim tax and that Jaziya removal..Or his military reforms...
Few months back, Sent a petition to Zee about this show's improvement..And did a survey for that along with my Friends among the masses in 5-6 cities.. I could see the findings...Clearly, Akbar's POSITIVE IMAGE is the winner of this show...I had no qualms with it..I was telling the same to Tamy on Radhika's thread that i will scan a document and send her...It was about this only...I cant tell you, how much efforts i did from my end for the improvement of this show SILENTLY, but as we know it's all the decision of PH/Channel. I dont think they care for us...
But of late, the OTT and WRONG justification of many tracks created a bitter taste about the show and Ekta...Tell me WTH did she get an idea to show, Chittor accepting help from Akbar, while the reality is so grotesque and exactly opposite, she has made a Ashoka out of Akbar..Radhika said this point last week in her new thread...She was right...
@Cleo...You are spot on about the details you got in your ancestral library, and i guess, this has nothing to do with your/your relatives' PHD in History, as you are a well settled researcher in another field.. You don't need to be a history professor to know all the details. I hope i am right.?. Reading about past, is a hobby for some, i myself included, and don't need a PHD for that. 😉

I find it hard to agree that this track was to DESTROY Akbar. Since, starting of this show, she had shown the tussle between MP in Jalal, even in the Sukanya marriage track, which was last year October and "conditions" were pretty much different then..Since starting, she decided to cash in on the popularity of these two rivals/legends, and hence she had to show this war, but without making her lead suffer...Had she decided to destroy Akbar, Ekta could have shown a lot of things, which are not fit to be written here, but she left all that part, instead she has given a FALSE reason for this attack and tried her BEST to justify Akbar. If this was an attempt to destroy Akbar, then she would not have shown another nonsense , that is , repent of Akbar that too for 3 years, as per our show...!!!!!.. The track became totally unbearable when she showed yesterday, Akbar offering help in Chittor...😲.🥱 Reality was opposite, Chittor was devastated to the CORE. And his all that repent. I wonder if she knows what was the state of Mewar economy, the famines, the outburst of diseases after that war for decades. She has shown totally opposite. Sheer nonsense..This makes me think if she HAD to destroy Akbar..I don't agree..!!..
I am as broken as you all, by the downfall of this show. I never watched a Hindi Show continuously , but only a historical and too only PRC..And hoped the same here also, but Ekta has crossed all limits this time..She did the unthinkable just to prove/justify all actions of her lead which she has always done in this show...The rush upto Diwali to show Salim was too much...Let us see what happens now..LEts see till RT and PS are here, or i dont know if we will be able to bear till then also...
Always we have Ruqayya shouting her heart out + She gets the New dresses after dresses as if she has some special contract signed..🤢 The deplorable treatment is given to the MAIN Leads and the rest go on with VIP settlement...I was shocked to read that jalal said all those words to Ruqayya as per Maddy's update but still said she will remain her Friend..😆.😕.🥱.
I feel happy for Akbar, and also for the story of JA, which this show brought to all of us. But, at the same time feel terrible for the mockery Ekta has made of Chittor.. It was an insult to those people which she had shown in yesterday's episode...Was too much of Akbar justification..!!!!..""3 years repentance + Help to them""..!!!!...😳...Not my cup of Tea..It's good i did not watch the episode...!!!!.
