Hence, it is very imp to have legalities in place during adoption...whether from family or from an orphanage...

Imho,

1)Ruqu should not have asked for Jo's baby first of all...

2) Jo shouldn't have agreed...no reason is good enough to hand over your baby, esp in your very first delivery...& esp to a person like Ruqu...knowing fully well how mean & selfish she is. ..

3)If Jo has agreed, though it is morally wrong of Ruqu to deny access to Jo to the child, legally she is right...

4)For the 1000th & last time, Ruqu did not appoint Zeenat to murder the twins...infact, her dream of becoming MUZ went kaput with Hussein's death...she was devastated, not for Hussein's death, but for her coveted MUZ title...n it's not like she brought zeenat from just about anywhere...Zeenat killing Hassan during jashn had NOTHING to do with her being Hussein's dai ma. ..she was in the palace as Jalal's bhabhi, n murdered hassan...she would have done the same with hussein even without being her dai ma. ...

5)why do many on the forum keep saying that y does Ruqu keep winning???😕...if this is winning, n Jo's fate is losing, i sincerely pray to God that I m blessed with this losing fate of Jo in each of my subsequent births, n don't come even remotely close to Ruqu's fate in any...

Life is not a bed of roses...n neither r we perfect humans...life isn't happy...we have to find happiness in our life...simple...😃

Jo & Jalal will only find happiness with each other...period.

Khushi i have asked you one simple question. .should not jalal question Ruku about appointing Zeenat as dai. .if you were in jalal's place would you ask or not?

He kept quiet. .I asked him if he were in the place of jalal would he question Ruku or not? He said that he will and I asked him why they are not showing jalal doing it?

I told him that any decent parent would do this. .why are they doing this to jalal?

Ela...Jalal did tell Ruqu that if she can hand over her baby to a maid, y can't she hand him over to his real mother...after Hassan's death...as for appointing Zeenat as Hussain's dai ma, Ruqu is as guilty as HB for appointing MA as Jalal's dai ma. ...or Jo for bringing Shenu, a complete stranger into the mahal...

If I was Jalal, i would be disappointed with Ruqu's selfish outlook of life...n would be very angry with her behaviour...but would not consconsider her as a murderess of the twins...coz the murderers r clearly Zeenat n Quasim. ...

Khushi your answer itself has told me that you know that Jalal is wrong here. .
