On the one hand I feel that Rukaiya may not be severely punished , due to her 😡 being the chief consort etc . However , the more I think about it , I feel that this is exactly why Jalal may punish her too . He will be appalled on learning about her 'real' intentions behind separating baby Hussein from Jodha . Her behavior has been far from dignified, or royal . Hence Jalal may punish her for her atrocities, based on her behavior not allowing emotions , her title or relationship status to cloud his judgement . This is why the Creatives have turned him a 'jallad' again . Being ruthless will enable him to think with his 'head' and not with his heart. He may teach her proper queenly behavior by demoting her hierarchy and authority . Since her ego and status are of utmost importance to her , he will reduce her to a commoner within the harem and she will get a taste of her own medicine .

We are yet to see via flashback , if she was involved in any foul play concerning baby Hassan .

The nature of her punishment will also reflect that act .
