If its true then good thing is rukku will be finally exposed & will not be forgiven by anyone & bad thing is as we all know babies shall die soon(by illness)!

Yes they are trying to show the curse, ill effects of some death inside the house and if the time of death is bad (some bad stars etc). Since Adham and Maham both died inside the palace and Jodha had frequented that place (death place) a lot and Maham had given her curse in the same place, so all thos ebad things will affect the kids as they are the vulnerable souls (not as strong as the grown ups).

Yes, I have heard and seen in many cases, if the purohit says the time of death is inauspicious and that if it has happened inside the house, then the family has been advised to vacate the house for certain period or block that particular area completely for that long period and then later after doing some pooja's and havan's, the family is allowed to enter that place. So they are trying to show that effect here.
