Yes , I have heard the music of 'Rhythm' . It is very good . Some of Illayaraja's compositions from the 80's are excellent . He is a master at blending western classical with tamil folk tunes and Carnatic .

Yes, there was a soft female voice to Ruq's scenes in the old days
illayaraja is always awesome- Sri Rama Rajyam is my fav in recent times

Thanks so much! Glad you liked it - it means a lot.

I am a bigger fan of Mohan's character in MR 😳

From Sri Rama Rajyam- like Jagadandhakaraka as well as Sri Rama Lera sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Sriram Parthasarathy

Thanks for the two adds- the flute collection is amazing- has my favorites like Kulliruthu kulliruthu from Taj Mahal

And the Tamil version from Dilse is also very nice

Yes divya lera also a nice song and unni and swarna both r awesome in kulliurthu song i miss her voice

maafi Divi...I dont know how I missed ur post...I am so busy these days still make time to check few posts but completely forgot to check ur one...
thank u for reminding me...appreciated...🤗

Divi, I love all the BGs u mentioned...trust me one of the major reasons to watch this show is its BG score..in fact in initial epis after the leads its BG made me to continue watching... it used to make me go mad to a different world

Amer tune is the one I adore...remember one JJ in tent..not the stormy night...en-route to Amer during Sukanya track, when Jalal fell asleep and sared Jodha about the snake and he pretended he fell asleep and Jodha firmly told him she will sleep on couch..later when she found him sleeping (fake), she gradually stood up and in calmly proceeded towards the bed checking Jalal whole time...there a BG plays...it was awesome!! female version of Amer tune..there is another male version which is equally great (basically these two r inn ankhon mein tum instrumental)..I love the voices and royalties these have...then Jalal smirked (closed eyes) and blew off the diya and Jodha started wondering why did he do that?!😆

another one was after Jodha saw Jalal first time in bawdi, she looked in Amer fountain'a water and kept thinking about him...there a BG plays...added with water sound...beauty!

another when Jalal sees Jodha first in palanquin...the whole tune was superb...along with when Jalal was lost in Jodha's thought holding Jodha's payal the same ganguar night...issshhh☺️

another one during their first boat ride...the flute play...when Jalal keeps looking at Jodha without blinking and she was looking somewhere else...she notices and looks at him, he starts speaking...issshhh☺️

phir Ishq Hai Woh Ehsaas, Inn Ankhon Mein Tum toh hai hi katilana...!!!

Divi, I can just go on and on about BGs of JA...JA has the best BG in tellyworld! soothing, surreal, classy and totally royal!!❤️

why dont they bring all those old BGs now a days??😭 u know I found Ekta's other soaps use JA BGs quite often😕

Hey Divi,
Fab post...you must have listened each scene again and again to concentrate on the instruments used...labour of love must say👏

I like all JoJa BGM...all that you and others have mentioned here.

Some other scenes, not mentioned here...

I like Shehanshaah's BGM...it has the required strength and grandeur...with drums rolling🥳

Jodha's suicide attempt after her mother refuses to take her back...the mood sets in when Jalal spots Jodha's horse and he steps down from his...music reaches its crescendo after Jodha jumps and the BGM reflects his own rising erroneous heartbeat...and once he saves her, we get the beautiful, "Ishq hai woh ehsaas"

The memorable 16th december scene, with soothing jal tarang tune, sitar and claps "in aankhon mein tum" combined with passionate "ishq hai woh ehsaas"☺️

The drinking of poison by Jodha, with "Aapse hi humara saubhagya hai" in BG and then "maathe ra sindoor rame hai" when she is in Jalal's arm...took the scene to a different level.😒

After recovery...the Angoori bagh serene environment melodious with "in aankhon mein tum and again Ishq hai woh ehsaas"...waise this whole episode had different versions of "in ankhon mein tum"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you mentioned

The tent SR scene with male voice humming of "in aakhon mein tum" and "Ishq hai woh ehsaas" instrumental...was epic.😉

Then of course the first sword fight and its BGM mixed with voice of winds created the required sexual tension...I love this scene, simply because Jodha stole Jalal's own sword right from his hand, while he was busy in being mesmerized by his Begum's eyes or let's say beauty😳
