Hey Divyam
Loved your double take and really Ashwini's Mahamanga deserved the applause. She just lived her character. Have always loved her acting skills, especially she goes a notch further when the actor in front of her is so versatile too. Have heard many actors who say that they are always inspired and motivated when their co-star / actor is equally good. So, here we go, we got some great scenes between Rajat and Ashwini for the past one year. Just enjoyed to the hilt.
You have said whatever I felt to write one of the post, but, kuch bacha nahi kehnaykaliye.
I can say only that which I have heard from elders and grand parents. Whatever or however evil or bad a mother is to her own children, SHE IS MOM AND NOBODY CAN TAKE THAT AWAY FROM HER. SHE MAY HAVE NOT REALIZED THIS WHILE LIVING, BUT, AS A SON OR DAUGHTER, YOU GIVE HER WITHOUT QUESTION, WITHOUT EGO WHAT SHE WANTS RIGHTEOUSLY DURING HER TWILIGHT YEARS, ESPECIALLY WHEN COUNTING HER LAST DAYS / BREATH. That is what will give mental peace for that son / daughter to move ahead in life with an apt closure to all including the dieing mother., without any fear of guilt later on.

1st of all a huge round of applause to ashwini for a brilliant performance. i will really miss her. the journey of maham was really shown in a beautiful way. her evils, her gudness, her love, her hatred was covered perfectly. but for me the ending was equally disappointing. the ending was only limited to maham accepting jodha & jo finally winning maham's heart. but maham's character was not only about her hatred towards jodha or the hindus. maham's character was much more than tht. her character was about her politics & deeds, in the way to achieving powers. its about her misdeeds to establish her own son. its about how she broke one son's heart, to lift the other. doesnt jalal deserves an apology??? is jodha the only victim??? i agree tht she had got her punishment, but wht about the repentance for her deeds?? she accepted jodha, bcoz she got back her son, but wht about all those pain she gave to her son??? she wanted jalal to call her badi ammi once again, but did she for once think tht why exactly jalal stopped calling her badi ammi???
Divi,
I actually, liked the scene which Jalaal in DEK reminisced, about MA and him, and how she had sowed the seeds of his ambition of being Shahenshah, and Maham simultaneously remembering the day when Jalaal disowned her.It was a beautiful sequence, in which, they both went back, to bring back the moments, that changed them forever, in each other's eyes.I loved the gesture, of Jalaal taking off his crown, before he came to Maham's side, and he came with his arms outstretched, walking really fast, like a sad, scared child does to its mother.
Yes, the flashback scenes were amazing ... where it felt like thingsGuess, they should have hired someone (wink wink) for singing Jalaal's lori part. That brought a smile in my face, though not a kind one.😆
I don't know what you are talking about 😆I won't write anything negative in your thread, I created one for that, and if it sees light of the day, I guess I'll go through it, as you know, I go underground on weekends. 😆
Oh come on .. you can always write anything you want in my thread. Your thread will survive and by the time you come back to this thread on Monday what bets we will be talking about wedding sarees again 😉

now about the singing part he is not as lucky as tansen or moti who get playback singers. ab EK ne isme budget management kar li to koi kya kare!!!!😭
Well written dear , i really cant say much about the current track, just hoped her end was not so melodramatic 😆 but ya u take out melodrama then what is really left in a hindi tv soap opera 😆
I know the ending was incomplete ... it really was. But, that is why I would encourage you to appreciate the journey ... because Ashwini deserved so much more

obviously ashwini deserved it, but repenting wouldnt had taken away anything from her, infact, it would have added an extra dimension to maham's character as well ashwini's acting. i had enjoyed maham's character & also maham-jalal scenes, tht this ending is very much disappointing for me.
