Hi mansi. Amazing analysis. Just thought that I will go over the scenes yesterday and give my views. Well the episode was good and we are all set for the grand last few scenes of maham.
Jodha and ruks:
Mansi, I loved jodha in this scene today. She was great in giving it back to rukaiya. I loved how she told her that it was her wish that she had given her kid to rukaiya and that definitely shut her mouth. She thought to take the matter to jalal, but then jodha again told her that she already had jalal's permission. Mansi, I tell you that this rukaiya is getting on my nerves. I absolutely loved jodha when she told her that she had no right to stop her from wherever she went. Jodha you will require this attitude with her when the MUZ obsession is out. Mansi, jodha is definitely irritated with this one kid is mine and she will find out about her intension as per the zee tweet. Jalal is right now occupied with maham, but as soon as maham goes, we have overdose of ruks ready and believe me, both jodha and jalal are going to get fed up of ruks. Jodha should always give back to her, I felt from day one like when she did in hate mode. It had stopped once love started cause she felt that she had come between him and ruks. But now, her behaviour is enough to put even jodha off, who is the most forgiving. Jalal like I said has taken some time off due to maham(courtesy the inconsistency of the creatives) but will be back as soon as maham is dead. Maham is not going to expose ruks cause in the precap, we are getting farewell scene of maham.
Jodha maham:
Mansi, whatever we say of the grand send off received by maham, ashwini the actress definitely deserves it. She was amazing in the very scene. We can understand her today. She feels guilty for making one son the king and giving all her time to him and that she could not take care or give time to her own son. She tried to make her own son as happy as she could. But as she said, she failed in her parvarish. Adham wanted what jalal had. She could have told adham that jalal is the king and be fortunate that he considers you like his brother and me his mother. We have to be loyal to him for the rest of our lives. But she was the one who always tried to fulfil his every wish, whether right or wrong. Jodha did understand this and therefore did not say anything in response. She just had tears looking at where fate had brought maham and listening to the bond that maham and jalal shared. She realises now even more that jalal is hurting so much from inside and is hiding it from everyone. She thought that jalal will forgive her for everything she did. But what I don't get it that she said one mistake or wrong doing and he cannot forgive me. Maham my dear, I think we will make you count how many thing you have done throughout your life to hurt jodha, jalal and even jalal's kids. The reason you are where you are today is cause of the concept of karma. Your deeds have brought you here. Well she tells jodha that her son has got lost in the shehensha and if jodha can do something for her, it is getting this lost son back. It is not more of a request, it is a challenge along with request. Well you see just like jalal has a style of his own, Maham has too. She has definitely softened for jodha, simply cause of the reason she now fails to understand jodha's actions. Logically according to her jodha should not come to her to even see her face and still she tries to make her live, takes care of javeeda, reminds hamida of her good deeds, asks her if she can do something for her etc. She does not understand that why in the world whose children she has cursed, is worried about her when no one else is especially when she can be questioned so as to why she visited. But the thing is she still hates jodha for having hold on jalal. She thinks that jodha took jalal away from her. She is like a woman who wanted total influence on jalal. That is why she resented jodha. The day she saw jodha, she was convinced that jodha had it in her to influence jalal. As maham told jodha that maham would come to know before he would himself, maham did realise that he loved jodha too way before he did himself. But today, knowing that jodha is a rajvanshi, for her son, she had to request jodha, the very same one who she hated. She knows that only she can do it. But still it is kind of a challenge,not bowing down completely to jodha, she says, if you can get him to say badi ammi, I will accept that I was wrong all the way. She knows that jodha is the only bridge left between her and jalal and if anyone can do it, she can. Paridhi was favulous today, in both the scenes. She definitely understood where Maham was coming from. More than Maham, I would like to correct, she felt bad for the mother in Maham and more for jalal's mother. Maham, with defeated look tells her that jalal will not agree. She walks out with determination in her mind.
Mansi, maham cared for jalal initially more than her son adham , and to compensate her negligence towards the other, she was the one who tried to give everything to the other, letting loose all control on adham. She thought that if one can become the king, and reach the sky , why cant the other atleast climb a mountain peak . She thought if she could take some from jalal and give to adham, then both her sons would be the same and adham would never complain about her loving jalal. But here is where she went wrong. She did not realise that just like you cannot compare rock to a diamond, you cant compare jalal and adham as jalal was born a king and adham, son of a maid. She thought if I take jalal's one province and give it to adham, it will not hurt jalal as he has huge power. Also, just by giving power, she cannot compensate for the love. Love is not materialistic. Her son led her on a part of crimes and today here state is this cause she tried to sail on two boats that go in the opposite direction.
Jodha jalal scene:
This was another very important scene. Here jodha who is wondering how to get through jalal tries reverse psychology on him. She was very smart in this according to me. She first recollects all that jalal had told her about maham and his bond. Immediately, it hit her that for jalal's wall of anger to break, he needed proof that maham had actually loved him at a point in his life. Cause he feels that he was taken for a ride all his life, by believing a woman, who never felt anything for him. JOdha then decides to call him in maham's room, where she in front of him demeans maham and throws his childhood memories right in front of his eyes. The minute jodha says that mahamis notgoing to love more than few days, did you see jalal's expression? Mansi, it was full of shock. I feel that jalal still remembers the cursing Maham, he does not know how bad her condition actually is. Now, when jodha says that she is going to die, he is unable to swallow the fact that she is leaving him forever. He falters and asks jodha whether she is in her last stage of life.Jodha realises that she has hit bulls eye. Jalal's eyes look teary at all the bad things that jodha is saying about maham one after the other and her cannot control it and a tear escapes his eyes. Jodha notices it and to make him realise she tells him has something gone in his eye,and if he is crying, why for maham? And again she calls maham a dasi. Jalal can take it no more and finally his true emotions come forth. He tells jodha, not one more word against her. Jodha realises that she has got what she wanted and tells him to lose the mask of hatred and anger and he is correct in feeling bad for maham, cause she is his mother. Mansi, jodha very well knows that this is needed for jalal's peace of mind, more than maham. Rajat was brilliant today in showing emotions. I feel that jalal is torn amongst the emperor, the son and the father. Jalal the emperor has punished maham and vowed never to see her again. The father in him does not want to meet the woman who cursed his unborn kids, but the son in him is grieving silently for maham and is crying for her betrayal. He will be at peace if he knows that the curse was in a fit of anger and not by his badi ammi. You see, jalal could never fanthom the fact that his mother and brother could betray him, and when he punished his brother for his wrong deeds, his mother, the very one who taught him to met outjustice cursed him for his justice and his unborned kids. Jodha understood his emotions and that is why calling him to maham's room was perfect. It hit jalal exactly where it was supposed to.
Mansi, just to add on something for jodha. She well knows the pain of being separated from her mother when her own mother left her and refused to take her back to Amer. That is why she is so desparate on sorting matters out between jalal and maham before maham dies. If it could make jodha weak enough to commit suicide, then what about jalal who respected maham more than God? Jodha knew that this chapter had to be closed for once and for all to give jalal the peace that he sorted matters out and he will not carry the guilt for the rest of his life. Be rest assured, jalal will be the one who will tell her after this that no one understands him better than her, sometimes she understands him better than himself.

Jodha was not really there at all, it was all about a mother and son and the ruins their relationship lies in. The pain of betrayal and hurt the son carries and the love and guilt the mother carries. Still it belonged to only Jodha.
Cos ONLY Jodha could understand both and feel the pain of both. The stated without hope final wish of the mother and the letting go off bitterness the son needs to find to heal his hurts.
When MA poured out her heart to Jodha - it was only the mother - the Vazir was forgotten. At the end of her life all she wants is for her son to call her Badi Ammijaan one last time.
Jodha just listened and let her talk and still after the episode I only remember Jodha. When MA talked about loving Jalal and neglecting Adham the guilt about Adham that made her betray Jalal. It was just a mother-to be Jodha listening and empathizing with another mother.
MA did not beg but she indirectly pleaded with Jodha, cos in her proud but helpless state she still knows there is only one person who can bring her son Jalal back to her.
The wife Jodha who understands the pain and hurt her husband carries in his heart, the betrayal will stay with him always because he really loved the woman he put above his own mother.
Jodha did not try to put down anything MA did against Jalal, nor did she raise anything MA did for Jalal. She was just gently reminding Jalal that this was the time for the son to make peace with the dying MA forgetting the bitterness that was fighting the love inside him.
If he did not do this then the pain of the ruined relationship will always fester inside him.
MA at the end of her life finally found only the love for Jalal that had got buried under the blind greed for power, the arrogance of the influence she derived from him and the evil manipulations that came to be part of her being - cos the arrogance led her to believe she owned him. Now there is a slight hint of her crimes just to understand that she has left no rights on her son to even ask for him to call her mother one last time.
How much Jodha understood her pain and how much she realized that Jalal needed to see this - to call her Badi Ammi one last time - not for MA cos she will get her peace or not - but for Jalal. Cos the betrayal that is eating him inside, the hurt at the curses to his unborn babies that are consuming his thoughts will finally be let go.
Cos Jalal needs to see the mother he always loved one last time so he will not be left with any guilt, it was NEVER anything he did wrong - it was cos MA chose wrong.
Jodha was so loving so understanding of Jalal's pain, she knows that he does not deserve to be left with this pain all his life. Not for MA but for his sake he has to let go of the bitterness so he finds peace.
Jodha was not there at all but only she was. Cos the mother son are so lost that it was only Jodha who can find them. Jodha could understand both their pains cos it needs a pure large heart to do this.
When Jalal got tears in his eyes she felt his pain, when he walked away in tears Jodha cried for him. Cos she understands how much he is fighting the hurt inside which his tears are washing away. Jodha desperately wants Jalal to meet MA cos only then can he find peace.
It was only about mother and son but I only remember Jodha.
