Did Maham scheme only after jalal broke his relationship with her? What about her worst?-killing his unborn babies even before jodha came into his life?

How can the cvs conveniently forget that and limit Mahaam's evil to her hatred for jodha and wrap up her death with her mahaan-fying jodha alone. (Again!😡 )
