Jodha wants Akbar to hand over one baby to Ruqaiah
If Ruqaiah was a great lady like Yashoda in Mahabaharat we can even think of the option or a Salima who treats Rahim her step son as own child
But Ruqaiah the baby is a means to an end that of Mariam uz zamani the next Emperors mother
Jodha said that Maham took care of Akbar and loved him more than his own mother. That is biggest joke I have heard in life. Maham may have taken care of Akbar but she did that to gain power for herself and her son not out of love for baby Akbar or as a duty for the perks she got. She wanted to control him like a robot and caused him terrible pain first by getting his foster father Bairam Khan killed, then by trying to kill Akbar only twice, then by misbehaving with his mom Hamida, by making jalal misbehave and think his mom hamida is bad, by killing his babies in womb, by making ruqaiah a barren woman, by creating misunderstanding between him and jodha etc. So comparing maham or ruqaiah to yashoda maiya is a big joke.
Tommorow if Akbar gives his SON(mind you son ruqaiah will never accept a daughter) to ruqaiha what if ruqaiah does not allow jodha to meet the baby, what if she poisons his mind against his birth mother like maham did with Akbar? Akbar is intelligent enough to realize this as he has gone through all this till now in hands of maham anga. So that is why he is scared to hand over baby to ruqaiah. But as usual jodha shall force him. But luckily the baby dies.
But Ruqaiah will ultimately fulfil her desire through Khurram in history. Its a known fact that although Khurram was born to a rajputh mother and half rajputh father he never knew or celebrated any customs or festivals related to his mom or dad. Its only in his late 40s and 50s he opened red fort in delhi to celebrate holi/Diwali and rakhi festivals to commoners and started celebrating it(influenced by his son Dara Sikoh). Rest as they say is history.
Lets see what will happen when Salim is born in natakiya rupantar version of jodha Akbar. Will she ask for salim?
Only Hamida and Akbar are thinking correctly and practically because they both have faced the pian of separation from child and parents individually. They know how things may go wrong for a child parvarish in hands of a foster mother or daimaa.
