What Ruqs is now doing is nothing considering what Bharmal did wrt Sujamal and in Shivaani affair. If that man (I am forbidden by the DTs to use my fav pet name for him...filhaal that man chalega😆) can be forgiven, why not others. And Ruqs presented her case well. Her request is for the second child only. So question of audha or title doesn't arise. Also her argument that they are all anyway going to live together only is valid too. Jalal is NOT WRONG here (though I am yet to forgive him for his week-kneed reaction last week)
