So Jodha's teasing and diversionary tactic made Jalal forget everything else but to get her alone and he had to work hard for it. Driving all thoughts of MA or anybody else from his mind. So by the time Jalal caught Jodha in her hojara he could not have cared less about anything else but getting Jodha to shower his "mohabbat".

Actually, right now, the Mughal Sultanat is in a state of transition. The Old Guard is giving way to the New Order. 😊

We saw Atga Khan dying today. Tomorrow, going by the precap, Jalal finishes off Adham Khan.

Forty days after this, Maham should go.

Atga and Maham - they were with Humayun and later with Jalal. They saw Jalal being born and growing up in front of their eyes and becoming an emperor at the tender age of 13. They have been with him since his father died.

Maham became overambitious and turned disloyal to Jalal. But Atga maintained his loyalty to Jalal right till the end. It is mentioned somewhere that Atga had once saved the life of Humayun also.

Once these people go, they will be replaced by the likes of Aziz Koka, Man Singh, etc -- the "Young Turks" brigade (not to be confused with Turkish people). We are already witnessing Man Singh come into his own. There was one more Rajvanshi with Man Singh and Munim Khan today. Seems someone who is going to be important soon.

This period and the next few years were full of political conspiracies against Jalal within and outside the court. There were wars and rebellions. The people in the court changed from only Mughal to people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. It was a highly eventful albeit turbulent period in the life of Jalal. Esp as Jalal was now without the crutches of Maham or Atga.

This period marked the end of the Petticoat Government and the Rise and Rise of Akbar and the Mughal Sultanat.

During this time, the one person who emerged as the rock in Akbar's life and supported him at all times and under all circumstances was Jodha. She became his emotional anchor, his Wali Ni'maat. 😊

This is the start of not only the journey of Akbar the Great but also the journey of Jodha-Akbar towards eternal and abiding love.

They withstood many storms together - both political and personal (the loss of their kids) - and emerged as one soul in two bodies. Now on, we don't need leaps. 😊The real history itself is so exciting and eventful that all tracks now on should be exceptionally thrilling and enticing.

What I meant was that he is not referring to any long-term leap. The reason I said that was because Abhay has definitely read up on the Akbar-MUZ subject more than us. There is still a lot left to be shown and as you said the Sultanate is in a state of transition! Loyalities are being tested and probably out of this entire scenario, I believe that Jalal will be able to identify the people he can trust for life😊

All this while, I still feel that Jalal was trying to find his own feet, his own identity after being under the guidance of Maham Anga and Bairam Khan. As per the show, I feel that Maham was not ready to accept the fact that Jalal is capable of taking decisions on his own. Many of his decisions were taken from the heart. She wanted to have him under her control for life.

The bond between him and Jodha is so deep that even words are inadequate for its explanation. Jalal was always made to believe that love makes an Emperor weak. It affects his ability to think and make the right decision. But as we have seen, the most thoughtful and right decisions were taken by Jalal only after Jodha came into his life. The awaam respected him and gave him all their love for thinking of their welfare! She is the only one with whom he feels a deep emotional and mental connection! In simpler words, she is his soulmate😳 She stood by him trough all trying and testing times!

The show has only begun getting interesting now! There is a lot yet to be seen! Can't wait to see how things unfold further!😳

I am hoping that this pace is continued and CVs do not fall back on filling up episodes with trivia, squeezing out the essential / important scenes.

There is a lot of history waiting to unfold at this juncture. It is highly thrilling and significant too. I don't think the CVs or EK will give it all up to rush to the Salim-Anarkali love story.

I also hope so they do not show salim-anarkali love story. And as you mentioned that there is lots of history about jalal and jodha i wish the cvs focus on them not other character.

"Ittefaaq" rakhte hain aap dono ki batoon se...Though, i have deduced something different(perhaps) based on what i have read till now.. There is NO doubt in my mind(others also) that, Akbar was a GREAT Ruler/Emperor...Greatness of an individual comes from his own actions...No one can ever take away that from any individual...Hence, Akbar's Greatness is NOT in question...And, even if we watch in the show, there are several instances where Jodha is found telling to Jalal that it is HIS OWN Greatness and HIS OWN accomplishments..!..

Another thing is that, the TAG of GreatNess is given by the "Scholars" ... There are 3 Great People/Emperors we know .. Two are from Hindustan.. Apart from this, there is NO Lady, ever who is said to be Great (M i right.?.)..Neither Isabella, nor the Cetian, nor the HatsepSut, and many others... If i start elaborating on this according to the Indian context, then i will to Dig up the Chequered History of our BharatVarsha, which i don't want HERE...In Early Vedic times, there were Equal standard given to women, which slowly changed to the other side, during Later Vedic Period..^^^ The hymns of the Rig Veda contain ample proofs the said statement...

Having said this, since the discussion is revolving around Jodha, that what was her role, or to what extent she was "ingrained" in Akbar's Life. And, more so the talk is about the spirituality...What I have concluded is that, if we can think of any SteadFasT companion in Akbar's quest to attain the Ultimate Bliss, the Nirvana of Life { Not to be confused with Buddha's MahaPariNirvana }, it can be Jodha only..

Why i say this is because , among all the people present throughout with Akbar in his Life , the one who was MOST Close to him , in his Spiritual Ventures..Why he chose her to be with him in such Pilgrimages..?..During His Pilgrimages which he undertook, maximum times, she was with him...To me their TOGETHERNESS, in their Spiritual Ventures, makes me think a lot......

We all can not deny the presence of Navratans and other blessed people in his life..The Lives of people in Mughal Darbar was shaped by a LOT of Talented People...Abul Fazl came in his life VERY LATE(1573-74)..In the SERIAL also, he will come very Late..Not so Early...By then, Akbar was already a very much Spiritual Person...Among the important persons in his Life, the First one after his mother, was Jodha ONLY...Rest others also came, and they also had a lot of impact on him..I don't deny this...But from the Starting it was his Sharik-e-Hayat...His prayers with HER, and taking her with HIM, speaks MORE then anything...

A Spouse is Different from ALL Friends and Companions..This is what is the Understanding of a Spouse in my knowledge...I may be naive in my assessment, but from my observation, this is what i have learnt...Some things in life can not be substituted...I guess, this is the MAIN Point...I don't want to go in details, but a small anecdote is of Akbar being under a Divine Spell, that time the ladies to be with him were HB and MUZ, who made him come back to Senses...The Divine Spell was Clearly recorded for Akbar, but to get to the Details of the Ladies Involved we need to Search plethora of accounts...We may not know "HOW MUCH" was the Level of Involvement of the womenfolk in this...But, the very presence of HB/MUZ evokes the Urge to DIG more on them...

Something which raised her Status to an Entirely Different Level...Begums get Titles of MUZ for giving heirs but Wali Ni'Maat(God's Blessing) and Malika-e-Muezma (Of Chaste/Spiritual Nature), speak a Different Tale...The works of Abul Fazl have mentioned her on Spiritual Lines along with Akbar..According to him, If Akbar was the Sun, She is said to be his Fortune and his Matrix....|||...MUZ's title - for giving heir...But other 2 titles point towards a Spiritual Tilt...I am asking this because this is my curiosity...Why ONLY she..?..

Buddha was also "PREDICTED" to be a GREAT saint OR a GREAT Emperor by the court astrologers, as his mother Maya had auspicious symbols like 'White Elephant' entering her Womb, in her dream when she was pregnant.

BUT, Even Buddha was guided initially by the 5 Brahmins. His first guru was Arada/Alara Kalam. When Buddha left his home (MahaNishiKraman), in the search of Divine Truth, he did NOT know where to go. That time he was taken to Uruvela(Bodhgaya) by those 5 Brahmins. There, on the advice of them, he meditated choosing the 'middle path'. At Rajgriha, he was taught to attain the highest level of meditation by Rudrak Ramputra..

And finally attained enlightenment (BhumiSparshaMudra).
Attaining enlightenment was HIS achievement, but we can not IGNORE the role of those who CONTRIBUTED to it..(same for Akbar). So, even Buddha had CATALYSTS in his life. 😊

What i want to say is that, people will InBorn Qualities which show Signs Of Greatness, also need GUIDANCE...No Doubt, Akbar was GUIDED by MANY People, on many fronts..For Example:: His Navratans hold a great place in his Life...The Decisions were HIS, and HE is the righful Owner, of the "Credit" , but the ONES who were with HIM can NOT be SIDE-Lined...

I am glad that Adham will meet his end soon. I just hope that they don't waste too much screen time on MA's grief...or use her famous dialogue when Jalal delivers the news of Adham's death "you did the right thing" to partially redeem her...or her( or Resham's ) revenge...no one is interested in watching that crap. Btw... Salute Javeda for her loyalty towards the empire.

Glad that JJ relationship is heading towards normalcy. Hope they portray them as sensible individuals and don't show Jalal watering the plants of angoori bagh with his tears... or Jodha giving him one more unrealistic advice like forgiving MA and co conspirators of Atgah's assassination( if she does, I wouldnt mind it if Jalal overrules her...Just like Jalal, she also needs to learn from her mistakes)...We are craving some intelligently written and directed episodes.

I just find the dudh ka karz dialogues so crass and plain yucky.
Frankly Jalal never needed MA, she was PAID to be a dai I am sure and it was part of her duty. If MA was not there someone else would have been for Jalal. No matter Humayun and HB were on the run they were still royals. Jalal would have had dozens of others to serve him.

MA on the other hand might have been serving as bandi somewhere. She needed Jalal to get importance, to get access to the power centre and later used him for her naked hunger for power.

MA always came across as resentful of the royal ladies, she was a bandi and thought she was better then them and felt she had a right to the life they had.

Jodha had nothing to do with how MA turned, we have seen she was doing MC of Jalal's Begums before Jalal even met Jodha. What kind of woman causes violent abortions of the wives of man she is supposed to be loyal to, who almost worshiped her, gave her more regard that his own mother. Jalal used to blindly believe to every word MA uttered.

Not just with Jodha, MA tried to control and spoil all of Jalal's relationships. MA was no closer to Ruk before Jodha came on the scene she tried to plot against HB, Ruk, BK - every important relationship of Jalal's.

It was only Jodha (in JA serial) who stood upto her.

Why are CVs glorifying this horrible woman by making her mouth dialogues like she loves Jalal and dudh ka karz crap. What MA was, was a vile disgusting woman who crossed all boundaries by what she did to Ruk.

I hope CVs won't show Jalal pardon her immediately, which I am afraid is what he will do and then feel sorry for her and guilty and MA take full advantage of the fact. Now she mostly will change her tactics, she will pretend guilt and sob sob about what she did and regrets. We might get her pretending to be sick and begums Jodha esp doing her seva 😡😡😡
MA will be aware to act all regretful around Jalal and Jodha and she might plot one more extreme vicious act.

I am just plain sick of CVs MA obsession. Had enough now, hope we are rid of her without more glorification and further butchering of Jalal and Jodha having to fuss around this vile woman.

Loved ur title..! Yes now we are gonna ride the actual journey of JJ , no matter how their love journey goes on rough and smooth path , why he could bother when he was blessed by a most precious partner like JO , who truly loves and breathe him perpetuity...I m gearing up for second stage Mughal era includes political conspiracies were JJ crossing all obstacles soliciting it , by sharing all kind of emotions and finding solace in each other arms...Nothing looks bigger than JJ's eternal love..❤️
I would expect some wishes from cv's , balanced drama with historical touch , filled with impartial mode . I want cv's to extract some milestone pieces of historical facts without creating any drama when history itself to convey many interesting facts..I hope they will surprise us ..😊

1 Start of Episode was good, Hide +seek game, between Jodha+jalal was good, I think, jodha, so not spending time, creating space for Jalal, because, she wants,;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;jalal should be live, sometime, distanced Maham +Atifa incidence. because if they spend time first, then,

others not gets time, & which planned other also, that also be goes waste.in this way, Jalal can spend more time, with begums, ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;& live free from tensions.

2, Couple, spend time with eachother, Jalal came to jodha finished, his all work,scene was passonate. Main thing was, Jodha also wants, Jalal should spend time with her. So we should imagine they spend a lot of time, together.
