Instead of a TEDA Jalal I am seeing a reckless Jalal here, making decisions without taking anyone into confidence (NONE trustworthy kya???) and creating revolt/uproar everywhere only for catching a pawn and some enemy lurking inside/outside the palace...Itna drama for a king of his stature when he has all kinds of resources🥱...Is that how he will act every time when he wants to catch an enemy and/or pawn next time...

What are the CVs doing... And like you even I am absolutely sure that no amount of justification will 100% justify his actions and words spoken during this track..

I don't like Ruks character but the way she was insulted by Jalal felt so wrong. I am all for her revelation and pinishment , but not this way. And if Jo was part of this drama...there is no way, I can support her stand. Jodha's decisions during khyber as well as Nigar track were disappointing, but I give her the benefit of the doubt because she lacks the much needed shrewdness needed to function in Agra...not that it is acceptable to have criminals freed and innocent people punished because she lacks an essential quality to understand the big bad world of Agra mahal.

Still...I hv to try and find at least one respect worthy female character so I tell myself that my addiction to the show is understandable.

A poorly executed track to meet viewers demand for a Teda emperor😕...but at least they made an effort. Let us try our best to remember that so we can continue watching the show after this horrific track is over.

I think the CVs deliberately showed Jalal shouting at Ruq that way so that they can say that Jalal did shout at Ruq too on occasion. But they made him shout at her in such a way that she walked away with all our sympathy. 😕

Jodha must have been 17 at the point in time being shown in the show. So she may be forgiven for her naivete and immaturity. And anyway, I do not accept that the real Jodha / HK could have been like this - so poor in judging people properly, being so reckless and un-queenlike in her behavior (such as running away with Khyber) and so lacking in understanding of her surroundings even after one year.

Jalal is mostly surrounded by strong females who had a great say in his personal and royal life. But all of them are shown as 2D characters or caricatures. Pity - what a golden opportunity lost for showing the position and status of women in Akbar's life and times. 😕

Polygamy was the norm..We all know that...He can marry any number of ladies, i dont have issues...Polygamy was USED by Akbar MOSTLY for Empire expansion, NOT his being of a casanova nature ONLY...But it did NOT give a License to ACT Tedha whilst the Wife is Pregnant..I heard CV's(Jalal) saying that he married this 3 Khaas Begums for some or the other purpose..I don't get it WHY is Polygamy used to Justify this behavior.?.

Even if the need is to act Tedha, then also following could have been done...

a. Tell SB to TC of Jodha...

b. Assign some bandis to Jodha...

c. Atleast HB can TC...

d. Send her to Amer, saying that she will be more happy there.. Till then he can investigate...

e. Any number of methods are there to ACT for Jalal...

It was a 16th Century MAN Akbar ONLY who was sensitive enough to TC of a pregnant HK during Salim's pregnancy...I mentioned this in my LONG posts on page 1 and 12.. So, EVEN by 16th Century Standard this is NOT done...

On the contrary, Kings used to treat a PREGNANT Wife with Utter Regard, as she is going to give Heir...And , here we are talking of 2 heirS...But here the condditions are just opposite...I know, as one of my aunts has twins...How precarious is a pregnancy involving Twins...And here the CV's are hell bent on showing some "Alif Laila" Stuff...Not only physical, emotional, and social trauma...But all types of Idiocies are levelled NOW only...

CV's go to extremes...He was shown shouting at his UnBorn Kids, etc..And y'day Jodha's dialogues were also not very good. ;p But, Salima Begum was present with her advice.. to balance the scales... I guess, Jodha's dialogues were written in that manner, so as to give Salima Begum a chance to give her advice..What can't everyone behave in a Normal Manne.?. LOL..

Another thing you pointed RIGHTLY pointed out is Jalal is ABOVE ANY Law...Yes, any LAW...This MAN got the Laws of Shariat interpreted in a Different Way by Maulvis, just to give Equal/Better Status to his Wives(Later on..In his 40's...), and got the number of Legal Wives increased from 4 to 7, and later to 9 also...He was so much bothered...He had the POWER to change and MAKE any LAW...No LAW is above him...

And here we see that he is READY to give away his Takht to marry Atifa(even if it is a dream)...Simple and Sheer Drama of CV's...LOL...He need NOT wait for 30 days/3 months(whatever the time limit is. :) ) to marry Atifa, if he wants... ;p

He is ABOVE ALL, means ALL...

He even took away the powers from Ulemas to Interpret Shariat as per his own ideas..in 1579..!!!!!.. :)

I mean, even if you apply 16th Century Standards, then ALSO, you can not justify this Supposed Drama which is getting on all of us...

I can write MORE but lets leave..This track needs more to be written later..LOL..

You know, till date i used to write supporting many tracks, as i coud quote some incident from history in a favor...

I even wrote in favor of TM accusation track, because we had such cases being levelled on Akbar Navratans, and i could relate to it...

But this Track, is to Murder the Essence of the name of Akbar and Jodha..Mujhe samaj nahi aa raha hai ki main kaise justify karun..??...And i can NOT standby this..

I can NOT celebrate this track as the Revival of TE...!!!..This is Complete annihilation, in the name of 007 tactics.!!.

Conclusion:

I lament ONLY at 2 things.

a.

I Lost that Tedha Emperor(TE), slowly after the RatanPur Quila Track..

Right NOW, what i am witnessing is a Weak Emperor(WE, not to be confused with Windows Explorer..LOL..) , or an Insensitive Emperor(IE..not to be confused with Internet Explorer..;p) , who has NO Ideas other than act in this manner to UNravel a mystery(if any)..

b.

And, i LOST that Baaghin Jodha too after the Ben Track..I MISS that FIERY Jodha, who gave back strongly to Ruqaiya in Agra after her marriage, during her first 2 meets with her..Remember.?. And, that Jodha who was Strong/Clever , Enough to understand MA and check-mate her in her own plan during the Amer Track..

Gone are those DAYS, and gone is that Magic which made me watch the Episodes MULTIPLE times, as the CV's / Ekta are BUSY elsewhere, and right now we are watching a Soap which is run by Sadistic CV's devoid of any ethics, and NOT THAT Magical Magnum Opus, which DID cast a spell on us, till few months back...I wonder kab tak aisa chalega. :)

Congratulations to the CV's...Ab shaanti mili...Am back to books now.. :)

Yes, we can't celebrate this track as a revivival of TE...unless we are trying to fool ourselves. This is a complete annihilation. Wonder if Akbar the great ever insulted his mother and wives like he was shown to insult them today.

I know that you try your best to stay positive and justify all tracks( at the risk of getting attacked by all ur feminist friends 😉) ...but if you are not able find something to justify this track, I feel that it is okay for us to feel cheated as viewers.

Today, let me keep the LOGICS (of this ILLogical and UNrealisticTrack) aside and lets evaluate a few OTHER bits...

1.
Paridhi's and Lavina's acting was very good...Both enacted their respective scenes well...LT with Jodha, and PS with Hamida..
Clap for BOTH the actresses..RT was also good..


2.
One thing i laughed hard was after thinking that, Zee/CV's are DOING their BEST to keep the viewers glued, be it with ---
a. Back to back Promos, on a record basis
b. Tweets after Tweets
c. ' Meaningful ' Precaps
d. And, of course, that " Ishq yeh Woh Ehsaas " tune after a LOONG Time..

I will still NOT comment whom to side with, because neither i can understand Jalal crying and NOR i can see all the Begums, his mother, and others weeping.. I still stand by, that this ENTIRE track was a DESPERATELY thought attempt to pull up Jalal's image(Strong/Tedha ?), but in a not so GOOD manner...

MOST IMPORTANTLY...I do not understand, HOW CAN a Wife STILL Believe her husband , when --

a. He REPEATEDLY tells her AGAIN and AGAIN, in "PRIVATE" and also in "PUBLIC" that, he NO Longer LOVES her, NO Longer Feels for her, and NO Longer wants to SEE her.

b. BTW, I can quote MANY phrases of Vishwaas / Ishq / Belief / Vachans, etc. etc. here ..LOL.. But, just try to think once, IS it really Possible for a LADY to believe "it", in such circumstanceS.?.

c. If anyone will REALLY believe IT, then i applaud...

d. Kya re.?. Khud Jalal ko bhi lag gaya hai aaj, that he has "" REALLY GONE OVERBOARD in his 007 tactics"" , and needs to end this DRAMA asap, BUT agar iske baad bhi koi Jodha ko Prem / Love / Vishwaas / Belief, etc. ki duhai de , and ask her to Believe Jalal then, i can only ROFL...Jab Jalal has realized that this is NOW ""EXTREME"" , even after this, can we expect his Begums/Ammi to be in their Beliefs INTACT..?..

Realistically, It's impossible... When HIS Bachpan ka DOST has Lost every BELIEF and EVEN his MOTHER has LOST all Hopes, that mother who gave birth to him..
And, after all this, I do NOT expect Jodha to HOLD on to that ""BELIEF"" ...Is baar kuch Zyada ho gaya hai...It's better practiced than PROFESSED...which even Jalal could not do in Suja track...

Jalal did NOT believe his eyes, after seeing Jodha with Suja in the Jungle..But was FORCED to believe the WORST after, Maham Anga's 'corruption' of his MIND..
Similarly, Jodha was normal even after..
i. Seeing Jalal in that tub with Atifa..
ii. After seeing Atifa's picture being drawn by Jalal..
iii. Her hand-holding of Atifa, infront of bhari Mehfil, in Agra..etc..

But what can she do.?..When, she is TOLD [ and even the UN-Born Kids are Told..!!!..] something "corrosive" ""again and again"" ...??... Still keep the Belief.?. I don't know, perhaps i have not gone in such situations in LIFE till now. But, i can not expect anything BIG also..

To me , it seems that, Jalal wanted to make sure that, she shatters to a POINT after which she keeps " NUMB from the proceedings " to keep her away...But was this Correct to do so.?. I won't say anything on this..No point...

Aankhen dhokha kha sakti hain, but jab koi insaan , aapka humsafar, aapko baar baar BOLKAR Vishwaas karata hai, in PUBLIC and in PRIVATE, about the Worst scenario, then i can NOT really expect, any MORTAL BEING to HOLD on to ANY BELIEF...

BTW, Aren't pregnant women , MORE PRONE than normal ones, to emotional turmoil during pregnancies...?...
{ Any experts here, i am only asking...}

Isn't it UNfair to expect TOO MUCH from Jodha, just to PROVE one lead BETTER over OTHER..?.
I am not going to play any ping-pong game with anyone of J-J...

Coming to Jodha's BELIEF in HER LOVE...Her LOVE is still ALIVE..She will still LOVE Jalal..Her testimony to HERSELF, her Kanha, and Man Singh was an example of her UNDYING Faith in the Love for her husband...

When the ENTIRE Harem of Shahenshah Jalal-ud-din Mohammad Akbar , had given ALL Hopes of Jalal returning BACK, when her Bachpan ka Dost who claims to know JALAL the BEST lost all hopes, when the EVER wise Salima Begum lost hopes, when HIS Own mother Lost hopes, THEN it was the SAME JODHA, who defeated all ODDS and hung up to the Belief that, HER Husband / HER SOUL will return, and happened the same WAY...

Souls NEVER Lie...Souls don't speak...If at all, there is something which LIES, it is the intellect, and Jalal EXPLOITED that to the FULL potential in present track to keep Jodha away, but i really HATE CV's for showing such a CONDITION...


I can NOT question Jodha's LOVE for JALAL here (Never questioned Jalal's either, if i questioned anything it was the ROUTE adopted by him...)...

Even Jalal has understood JODHA's world ENDS at HIM and STARTS at HIM... *PERIOD*


I must say, it was really heart wrenching , to justify the TURMOIL of anyone's feelings today...


PS -- Today's episode focussed on BARE truths of Human Relationships, and i chose to elaborate on JJ here, coz not much was shown today...And , i won't evaluate the other happenings, as i have done so, in my past 3 posts already..This comment is ONLY for Exploring Jodha and Jalal's SELF, especially Jodha, as she is UNAWARE of ALL things at present...And, then made an attempt to evaluate the happenings BARRING all logics of Kingship, because ANY King will NEVER adopt the route shown here...

PPS -- Man Singh is upto something BIG...I BET..
