Jalal dint say anything wrong, whatever he is doing with Atifa is a personal matter, but Jo setting free a prisoner who then kidnaps a woman, and kills soldiers and causes havoc is a state matter. If not as a husband, then at least as a king he is absolutely right.

well hely...the precap is justified and i support jallu in this matter...only on this...though yes jodha's intention was noble...but she did go against the King's order which was wrong...thus the precap is justified...she did not only danger her life but also her babies lives...so his anger is justified in that sense...as a husband and father...
