Actually these days, in my place the groom's side is more worried if the girl is good instead of the old story where the bride's family used to be worried. 80% Divorces are applied by the wives these days.

I felt bad for Ruqs then and for Jodha now. Ruqs must have got used to all Jalal's rasleelas by now. But it is first time for Jodha.😭. Jalal's action, real or fake must have hurt. To hell with polygamy. Aren't we girls lucky to live in the 21st century?😃

ruks was never a khilona neither jodha is. yes jalal ignored ruku for jodha, but when others were there, he did pampered her a lot. so yes this scenario was sad but she was never a "khilona". "khilona" were certainly other begums who waited for days to see him. ruku always got his due attention, even when he was with others.
