I agree to all the things u mentioned...his behavior is changed like anything..I am stilling clinging onto he is tedha and putting up an act..but your logic of being under a spell is something that I cant dispose..!
if he comes out as being under a spell, then hoping for a tedha will be buried forever..this is the only track where CVs can show him the old twisted, wicked Jalal.

he is disobeying all the orders...we all know Jalal is a very spiritual person..his respect for his religion is always praise-worthy even in his Jallad days! this is the first time he tried to do something going against Islam which is shocking..Jalal is not wrong punishing Khaibar...but he could have postponed the death sentence...!
having said that, I felt he knew Jodha would use that farmaan in the nick of time and save Khaibar hence he sentenced death to him.
Jodha is not wrong either...she knows Khaibar helped her before and also he listens to her...this what Jalal doesnt know..so obviously Jodha will try to save him at any cost..what was not right was belittling Jalal at public...she could have used it inside her hojra where Jalal clearly said he is going to give him saza-a-maut...but still I will say Jodha was justified using farman.
if Jalal is tedha, then what he did wrong was shouting at Jodha when she is pregnant..at this moment she needs complete rest and care...utmost love..but all she is getting is yelling and bearing unnecessary tensions...may be Jalal did that coz at that point he is protecting Jodha from every front..iss waqt keeping her safe is the most important thing..if that requires yelling, he is ready to do that...and to prove the enemy camp that all is not well between him and Jodha so that they dont think of harming her thinking she is his weakness.
But he'd realize that this might be harmful for Jo/babies... and it doesn't look like he's realizing it... remember how he took care of her after Benazir... that is why, I feel he doesn't realize what he is doing... he is under a spell...another thing is that, hopes for Tedhapan might not necessarily be gone with the wind. He could still realize he's not HIMSELF and then use his brain to get out of this issue without MC's spies knowing what's going on..
