Paddy see that man playing with her hair is def his dream.He might have entered her hojra but at that time Jalal enters .Now see a man who has spent his life in caves and all who eats raw goats and is beaten mercilessly by the trainer like an animal ,do you expect him to have any decency.
He doesn't even understand what is he doing .For him Jo is a human being who might have just aroused some softness in him.He has seen her defending him but he doesn't know that she defends him in gratitude.
