Welcome back Sands! I was missing u! And just when things are hotting up u decide to do a bunk!!! Dekha ek full on hamam scene bhi mil gaya aur Jalal is having some fun - and I am having fun with this Jalal and with the forum fireworks which is even more hilarious than EK's show!!! And not to miss Rajat's acting seems to be back in form as is he physically - thankgod!!!

Nice take, Divya.

You know I was not planning to watch today's episode but even during the Benazir track which is deemed worst track, I used to catch the episodes. But, now I feel this might turn out to be the worst track but not sure yet.

I did watch today's episode bec I wanted to see from own eyes, the actions/expressions of Jalal and reactions/expressions of Jodha and then judge myself and form an opinion.

You know yest. I was giving a benefit of doubt to Jalal that there might be something more to it. It looks liked he might have been hypnotised or under spell but today I am not too sure about it.

I still have faith in my Akdha and their love. But, my mind is telling me two different things.On one hand, I am hoping Jalal is hypnotised or under the spell or even better is being TEDA jalal to find the truth behind these kabul people. On other hand, I am worried that my hope might make me look like a fool later. I remember before Sujamal track I was worried about the misunderstanding but at same time I trusted both Jodha and Jalal to talk it out but that did not happen. I felt like I should not have trusted either of them that they will sort out and I was heartbroken. So, now I am not sure if should believe that Jalal is under spell or something. No, this time I do not want repeat of Benazir track either because then it means Jalal did not learn anything. Hope Jalal solves this mystery my himself and Jodha trusts him but at same time get possessive of him too and starts spending time with him more after this track.

During Benazir track, Jalal did not love Jodha and neither she was pregnant and Benazir was not married either. Now things are changed, He made a huge love confessions to Jodha, consummated their marriage and they will be parents. On top of that, Atifa is married too. It is completely different thing if Jalal was with his other begums but not with married woman. This is the main reason that even this so called "attraction" or "pull" is bothering me. But, as of today, I still have faith in Akdha's love and this Atifa will not be able to separate them. Just hope, Jalal does not act on this attraction (hopefully).

Regarding Khyber, he does not love Jodha. It's more of a gratitude and admiration for Jodha because she is the first one who was being humane to him. That's all. Shariff lusts Jodha and is obsessed with her. He is so far away from love. When I watching sharif and khyber scenes, I so wanted Jalal to witness it. Then, I am sure Jalal would have forgotten Atifa and punished shariff-khyhber.

Yesterday When I saw Ruq's and Jodha's shocked expression in precap, I thought may be we will get to see Ruq team with Jodha against Aftifa but I guess Ruq will not change. I don't even know why I still had hopes from Ruq. I had never been fan of Ruq but never hated her (once in while I used to sympathis with her) but after FP, I can't stand Ruq. All my residual sympathies for her have gone into gutter. I love the scene of ruq-jodha after tasneem track where ruq had gone to thank Jodha. I had really thought that after that we will c cordial ruq and Jodha but obviously that did not last long. It would have been so nice to c Ruq and Jodha team up in this track rather than ruq enjoying Jodha's plight.

P.S. I think this is my longest post on your thread.

Btw it was funny reading the comments of the so called 'akdha fans' who expect Jalal to be nowhere except at Jodha's feet and wait to bash him if he even turns 1 degree right or left. Can't he take interest in anyone else? Can't he visit any other begum for ratri vyatit? He is no Purishottam Shri Ram. He is a young emperor (22/23...well his age is quoted for his dealings with Ruqs) with the world at his feet and a full haram.

I personally prefer the Casanova to the doormat.

There may be a twist in the tale too.

Jalal listening to Atifa's mausiki, and playing shatranj with his jaan begum, is as masculine as it gets...Jalal painting Atifa's portrait and recounting his stint at Hamam with her is so much better than listening to Mahaan Jodha's bhaashans on right and wrong, a true use of Emperor's time. Yes, watching a Casanova and lusting over very other living thing with 'b***s' is so much more enlightening to see than harem war. And of course, Jalal letting in refugees without a background checkouts coz he is smitten by a married woman in the group is wayyy better than him day dreaming about his wife in DEK.

I am sooo grateful to CVS, that when we asked for a tedha Jalal we got a amoeba Jalal, who is tedha is every possible direction.

Disclaimer : the above description (or confusion) of Jallu is based entirely on the Jalal of the July 31 episode. There is no accounting for sudden 180 degree, rugs pulled out from under me and me landing on my backside. Jallu may not be upto anything much at all. Apart from wasting everybody's time. Lucky I have some time to spare...
