Random musings again:
So, here I go again ...
Busy at work ... Couldn't do a take 5 yesterday. All the good jokes on yesterday's episode have all been done with anyways. I have nothing new to add. Except maybe dupattas are a new weapon to stop monster men. 😆
However, I know there are a lot of jokes about how all jashns are destroyed ... Why is there always a shadow of negativity on everything positive on this show? Why does logic breakdown to drive tracks?
Well, it is the best tactic for drama and dragging ... And, in the end of the day that is what CVs are trying to do.
Because they are capable of much more logical writing ... and do you know where you can see it their "dreams" - I have found, particularly off late, the dreams in the show are the best part of it. They are logical, shot well , and well, make you happy. And they dangle it to us like lollipops often using it as promos and precaps as well.
You realize how easily and logically an issue can be wrapped up and the CVs are capable of doing it ... And they proceed to stretch it like chewing gum.
I actually realized it this week ... when Nigaar unveiling the truth of Maham Anga scene came ... and I knew it had to be a dream. It was so logical. 😆
And, I realized it was a consistent trend. So, let's go down memory lane for dreams.
1. Perhaps the best set of dreams began with our good old friend Tansen (who returned with a new name today). Jalal's beautiful romantic dreams with Jodha ... Jodha lying on Jalal's shoulder, the hamaam scene, the dance, and the amazing pull / back-hug.😳
Beautiful, romantic scenes ... that we are still waiting to see till date in reality.
2. Before the Sujamal fiasco reached its crescendo, we saw a promo scene of Jalal shouting at Jodha his inner turmoil ... shaking her with a sense of ownership ... that he wanted to know who Jodha was meeting and why.
How logical- to communicate what you are feeling, including frustration, to the one you love. Jalal showing his possessiveness passionately. And we all know how Jalal took out his frustration ... and while I love Jalal's acting there, we knew what that led to.
3. The beautiful dream of Jalal after he found out the truth about Sujamal, where he comes back and eyes soften with relief as he still sees Jodha has not left.
The scene had everything:
- Jalal expressing a heartfelt apology
- Jodha understanding the circumstances Jalal made the mistake in ...
- While standing up for herself in the sense that ... "how did you think you could throw me out and I would just listen to you."
Instead, to delay through IPL, they showed Jalal moping and falling around apologizing for 4 weeks and showed very little of Jodha at all to show her emotional turmoil only to return back to a scene ...
- With Jalal apologizing
- Jodha apologizing and understanding her mistake
- And even the hug was quite similar 😉
4. The beautiful baby dream of Jalal: It was surreal, golden scene with Jodha happily sharing the news of their baby in the paalna to an equally surprised and overjoyed Jalal.
Compare that with how Jalal got the baby news in reality?
5. And last but not the list, this week showed Nigaar showing common sense ... understanding Jalal could not be her enemy and revealing the truth of Maham Anga. I knew the minute I saw the precap scene it was a dream.
I can assure you the Nigaar and Maham Anga track will not end that simply! 😆
In conclusion:
It is not like the CVs cannot write logical, positive, well-written scenes ... they do so for the sake of drama, dragging, and TRPs.
Hence, we just have to enjoy the moments of brilliance and happiness in between ... even if they are dreams, precaps or edited scenes.
Hope you found this special take interesting! I always have to do things in 5s.But, somehow I just wanted to write this.
