I agree Reshmi, but when I saw Mughal E Azam, I really hated Akbar, especially for burried alive Anarkali... I don't know whether anarkali was dead or jalaal send her through secret passage..But one thing he just hurted his son..
If jalaal is in salim place, what he would have done, he would definitely keep her in his harem as coccubin... Jalaal was an emperor at the age of 14, also he doesn't have a father, he is independent and powerful, so any women he desired, he would bring and keep her in harem...
But for salim his father is alive & also he doesn't have power, why can't Salim keep anarkali as his cocubin or a keep for his pleasure... No need of any marriage...
I feel after anarkali issue only salima started to rebel against her father, as his father harem consists of 500 women, then why can't he has women whom he desired & loved ...
I know salim love may be infatuation, but what ever he is not allowed to live with his love & for him she is killed for the crime both committed..
