tripti, i have seen mita's work..she gives her 110%..her performance is flawless..i watched that movie of hers cannot remember the name where she sleeps with her son's friend not knowing who he is..OMG! she was just outstanding in every scene..for me she stole the show..i have not seen any of her serials but have seen her in the movies..! i was just watching her interview with shekhar suman, she knows martial arts and is quite a sporty, hmmm sounds like rajat!..i think she will be so apt for this role and then it will be sheer delight to watch these two dynamites on screen!

well there is a diff b/w maham & ruku's mistake. maham's mistake could have actually taken jodha's life. bcoz obviously adultery is really a serious crime & the same goes with BB's mistake. ruku's mistake is no doubt insensitive, bcoz whtever maybe the issue, she knew tht jalal is emotionally attached with his kid, but never the less her mistake was not physically harmful to anyone. infact, for me the murti issue was a bigger mistake bcoz religion is a very sensitive issue. yes jalal realized his mistake of not giving ruku time & thts why he was able to control his anger, otherwise even jodha wouldnt have able to stop him. 2ndly, about jodha's dialogues to jalal, jodha didnt said tht jalal was not giving ruku time, if u hear her dialogues carefully she indirectly said tht jalal's time got divided bcoz now jodha is there. jodha didnt said tht jalal was ignoring ruku, jodha said tht ruku always needs tht assurance tht she is jalal's most fav. so actually jodha didnt said tht jalal is fault, bcoz if thts the case then she was enjoying extra jalal's attention & till now she also didnt said tht jalal should give more time to ruku, she said tht it was ruku who was feeling left out. jodha told it to jalal in a twisted way bcoz she knows tht he will understand it, but ruku wont.

Very true that Jodha was not there to stop Jalal on MA ... But I do not believe the outcome for MA should have been any different- her crime could have gotten Jodha killed and did get many Mughal soldiers killed by Sujamal; so she failed in her official post as a well

I can't imagine how they would list out Ruq's crimes in the DEK in a similar manner ... She lied to her husband? I mean what would be the official crime, The crime is just not as grave no matter how you look at it.

2) When MA blurted out her crimes, she spoke truly - she spoke of her selfish ambitions and her insecurities regarding her son's future. she spoke of feeling short changed in life by Jalal. While she might be wrong in her viewpoints, at least she was truthful on that day.

Ruqaiyya again only confessed what SHE WANTED to confess. She conveniently hid her hand in the many other small schemes that were purely to defame Jodha and get her out of his life - not schemes only to get Jalal closer to her.

Had Ruqaiyya not twisted her words, I doubt Jalal would have become so 'emotional'

Fine, Jodha gave her saugandh and he did punish her. However, I am still disappointed that Jalal was blaming himself for it - and forgot about Ruqaiyya's hand in the moorthi kaand and in Sujamal fiasco which were done purely to defame Jodha and not to get Jalal closer to her or anything!

Oh MA was trying to guilt trip Jalal as well ... But Jalal had never truly sidelined MA ... But he did sideline Ruqs for sure ... If someone is the center of your life for a long time, you need to explain to her what changed ...

Ruq's was guilty in the murthi khaand ... And I explained how from Jalal's viewpoint that was her first mistake and hence he forgave it

On the Sujamal fiasco- Ruq's helped MA thinking Jodha was guilty and MA did it knowing Jodha was innocent - that to me is a big difference

I would like to see how the CVs continue Ja-Ruq relationship after this.

After the precap, I definitely despise Ruqs now..

Let's wait and watch ... Ruqs is never in her best behavior with Jodha

@aunty, thts jodha's technique to calm jalal down. she knows tht jalal is graceful enough to admit his mistakes, which she had already witnessed during the MU track. jalal definitely had given less time to ruku, but still ruku's plan was bit insensitive. she should have faked a bad health or sumthing like tht, bcoz when actually she fainted, jalal was very worried about her. but the child thing was lil too far bcoz she knew tht sumday it will definitely break jalal down.

Had Jodha not been here to stop Jalal, Ruqs would have suffered a similar fate too! He is the judge, but she is the lawyer and its not uncommon for a judge to have passed dissimilar sentences on two cases depending on how powerful the prosecution/defence lawyers have presented the case!

2) Age and status

MA was supposed to be a mother to him (and he treated her like one) so you expect more selflessness from a mother. I guess the disappointment was greater too with MA

With Ruqs, she's of his age and a friend... so, the mind can be more attuned to adjusting itself to erring friends than erring mothers, right?
