Again, today was an episode that I am not sure if you need a take 5, you would be jumping up and down at Ruq's maha-khulasa anyways.

And, I am jumping down that the CVs finally heard me and took the simple route to expose Ruqs ...

Today's take, is dedicated to Rajat's emotions in the run up to maha-expose of Ruqaiyya. And with the brilliance of Rajat's Jalal , there was more than 5 emotions, hence, the take 10. 👏

Here goes, the Jalal's emotional run-up to Ruq's maha-khulasa:

(1) The seed of doubt / confusion: Jalal drops dead in his tracks as he hears of Ruq's last miscarriage and how she cannot be a mother as he overhears Hakim Sahiba No. 3 is speaking to another Begum; he is wide-eyed confused and shocked ... And thankfully he immediately follows-up with the Hakim Sahiba No. 3 in private.

Am I glad today the mahal has no doors!

(2) The turmoil to get to the truth ... Jalal is still not convinced and is in a turmoil as expected ... He confronts Hakim Sahiba No. 3 on what she said. This third Hakim Sahbiba was confident in her craft and told Jalal that unless there was a miracle Ruqs could not be pregnant. She gives him a new, improved potion to prove whether Ruq's was pregnant or not.

Jalal is not convinced ... Gives a threat to punish her if she is wrong ... But the Hakim Sahiba No. 3 does not back off ... Jalal's worst nightmare starts to look truer on his face.

(3) Yet, a killer smile appears as he comes to Ruq's to give her the potion ... Acting extremely normal , he asks Jodha to leave them alone and quickly mixes the potion in Jodha's kaada and convinces Ruqaiyya to drink it

(4) The beautiful relief on his face when at first he thinks Ruqaiyya did not vomit ... How beautifully he was Thanking God for the miracle of a child!

Oh why oh why, did I have to see this moment of hope and his happiness on his face ...

(5) ... As then it crashed in an instant ... The disappointment and shock that immediately appears as Ruqaiyya begins to vomit

Irony that Ruqaiyya was apologizing for her vomit and wasting Jodha's effort with the kaada ... When the depths of her crime were much more.

(6) The composure to tell her to rest so he could find out the real truth before shocking Ruqaiyya; I thought this was very smart of Jalal as he needed to find out the source of the lie before reacting ... Ruqaiyya had no clue what storm was headed her way.

(7) The rising anger as he investigates with Hakim Sahiba No. 1: The way he crouched down ... And said in a menacing tone ... You tell me the truth ... I will decide whether you were helpless or guilty

No wonder, the Hakim Sahiba no. 1 told the truth

(8) The hurt as it sinks in: He realizes how he had been betrayed by his best friend ... How hurt and broken his face and voice sounded as he said "Itna bada dhoka" ...

As he relieved the Hakim Sahiba No. 1 from guilt, he was shifting the entire hurden of guilt and hurt to his dearest friend Ruqaiyya.

How could you not cry with him!

(9) The angry confrontation: And this was the highlight for me ... As the hurt converted into Anger

Jalal, entered with the menacing, I only called the Hakim Sahiba (No. 1 that is)... Ruq's sixth sense immediately knew something was wrong.

There he stood with his eyes narrowed and angry, did he need to say anymore? His eyes said it all as he said Taqliya,

He didn't mess with the details ... He let the Hakim Sahiba tell the dirty details as he continued to stare ...

Ruqs defense did not melt him a minute ... Ruqs and I trembled as he lifted his finger, shaking, said that mistakes are forgiven not sins.

I hope this continues in the next episode ... It was brilliant! 👏

The scene was shot amazingly well to show Ruqs flying at her arrogant highest as she yelled at the hakim sahiba for coming in to the room ... To falling down to the depths at the end of the scene after Jalal's outburst.

(10) Precap: He pours his hurt and anger out to the one support that he has left, Jodha: Again, my heart felt for him as he outpoured his hurt to Jodha ... The pain as he says his dream is crushed ... He has now fully realized the implications of what Ruq's has done not only to him but to the entire Mughal Sultanate. I am glad he has Jodha for emotional support.

Earlier when Jalal was angry at Jodha, he used to go to Ruqs. Now, the role has completely reversed. He has been crushed by Ruq's betrayal and now only Jodha can support him.

I can bet that next Jodha will faint and be declared pregnant and Jalal's dreams will be revived! Jodha looked ready to faint in the precap with her shocked expression.

What to say thruout the epi i was clutching my mom pallu ..bcz anytime i cud cry watching jalal 😭
Rajat/jallal acting was par excellence 👏⭐️

Loved the episode!!!
Finally we r free of Ruqu's torture 😃
Jallu did a fab job portraying all the emotions 👏
Jo did look like she will faint...lets c what route the cv's take!!

lovely take 10 Divya. ENjoyed todays epi to the core. Feeling sad for Jalal. I do not think Jodha will faint tomorrow, Let's see what happens

A great episode and you did justice in describing the nuances of Jalal's emotions as he realized the horror that had been perpetrated on him. The sequence of steps by which he got to that stage and the myriad emotions he displayed is well worth another watch.

It was such a momentous episode, that had this been any other channel(ZEE or COLORS), they would have promoted the hell out of this episode, a promo every 15 minutes. But I have given up hope of any support from ZEE on this front.

Well that is their problem, coming back to the episode, Rajat acted like a king today.Like a true monarch, he never lost control and he did not humiliate his wife in public. Tomorrow there will be heartbreak. I have a feeling though that by Friday he will get some of his spirit back, maybe Jodha' pregnancy revealed in tomorrow's episode.

Divya, what a splendid take on once again a Rajat's episode. And I was so happy you decided to make it a ten one instead of five one 😊

The early part of MA and Shehnaz were no comment worthy. But I could smell blood like a vampire the moment that Hakima No 3 started shaking her head. I thought, "Aaand let the show begin !!" 😉

Rajat as usual didn't let us down. The moment he hears that Hakima and that green Beghum talking, he stops in his track, disbelief etched on his handsome face. Later when he confronts that HSN3 his open skepticism and then his downing disbelief !!👏

What I loved most was the 2 min scene of his confrontation with bumbling Ruqaiyaa. He was furious. Silently furious. And I want him to continue there. I don't want him shouting, throwing things around. I want him to be icily cutting with her. And he needs to punish her here. Not just a slap on the wrist. She has betrayed him in every sense of the word. She needs to face the consequences.

I'm just waiting for tomorrow. Hope the CV's don't let us down and give you the reason for another ten tomorrow.

Divya what an episode... Just one man Jalaal... Jalaal.. Jalaal... The episode belonged to Rajat and he nailed it...

Hearing from Hakim that Ruqu can never become pregnant, next meeting in private Hakim, still he didn't have one ounce doubt on Ruqu as he clearly said that Qwalior Hakim tested Ruqu, so how can that be wrong... Still he himself didn't have doubt, but Hakim was so confident that she herself gave the ark, so he wanted to use only to find the truth..

Ruku is so happy that Jalaal told JO to leave them alone for sometime, she is so happy , when she drank the ark, you can see how much Jallu waited anxiously for the result and when she didn't vomit he was so happy for the baby & to the GOD and happily told her he would spend more time with her from now on...

Then got the vomiting from Ruqu ... God how Jallu shattered that moment, but quickly left from there and investigate the Hakim got the real truth from her...

Still Ruku is arrogant seeing the Hakim, asks how she came without her permission, seeing Jallu face also first she didn't get it..

Loved the word " GUNNAH"... waiting for real outburst on Ruqu...

Divya I just want a slap from HB atleast, this time Ruqu crossed the limit not only she played with JJ feelings, but also everyone who are waiting to hear the good news...

I was totally surprised n spellbound by today's rajats performance n intelligence ( ankir unka dimaag accha challenge raha hai 😉 😉 )
n happy for ruqu ka phardhafash 😃 but I was really happy with ur valid take 10 😉 👏
ofcourse I agree with ur each n every point especially 10th one , I too thought exactly same so we ll wait eagerly for tom's episode 😳 😳 😳
futher spoilers said that ruqu ka phardhafash maham karegi paranthu such ab jalal ki saamne aachuka hai , toh kya maham Aur bhi such jalal ki saamne bathayegi , isiliye toh jalal ney saari rishtey ruqu se todh te hai ??? patha nahi aage kya hoga ... anyways party time hai yaar !!! 😳 😛 🥳

Bang on take, Divya 👍🏼 . Again Jalal solves this fake preg drama all by himself 🥳 , but am dreading to see the hurt he ll feel tomorrow 😭 . And the point to be noted is Jalal believes in solid evidence before prouncing anyone guilty or otherwise & this time also he carefully & cleverly gathers everything before concluding. And need I even say it, Rajat s Jalal didn't disappoint this time also in his scenes & absolutely nailed the whole gamut of expressions 👏 .

Regarding if Jo might be pregnant, let s see how it unfolds, but for now am happy that Jallu s brains has done a double whammy two days running 😉 😆 .

Divi,

Today's episode was beautiful in that, it dwelt on hard cold facts and less dramatics as we've seeing of late. And yes, Jalaal was the star through and through.

I will sing hymns on him later but, first a few observations,

1. The curtains from Jo's hojra that had been rejected by Jo as they had gotten old, was cut into tiny pieces, that were given to the beghums to cover their faces during the blessing ritual.

2. Pumpkin head in today's episode quickly recited a 5th standard poem, before Cyclone Jallu hit the palace.

3. Being a Hakim must have been tough in those days, you had to carry a bag with all kinds of medicines in all kinds of test tubes. How did they even arrange it in there? Chronological order of diseases?

4. Today it was Jalaal's hojra that looked dark when he was speaking with Hakim sahiba.

Now coming to Jalaal, RT was in full form today, firing on all cylinders. Emoting the way only he can do, he made our hearts go out to him. There were glimpses of old jallad Jalaal, when he sat in front of the crying Hakim no.1, and spoke about deciding if she guilty or helpless. His hopeful watchfulness while Ruqaiyya drank the ark, his relief when Ruqaiyya hadn't vomited, the joy on his face after that, which was quickly replaced by shock and horror and then a steely resolve, it was a wonderful performance.

Inevitably, the shift in Ruqaiyya's expressions when she saw Hakim Sahiba no.1 and Jalaal's face that resembled a raging bull, was a hilarious.

The precap looks like he was trying to pour over all his hurt in front of Jodha, to help her understand how let-down he feels.

Not surprisingly, most of us would want to give him a hug. 😒
