Jodha Akbar Written Update 9 June 2014
Hakim is putting medicine on Jodha's wounds and wants to put on Jalal's also he says no but Jodha comes and sits near him and asks him to let Hakim sahiba to put medicine on his also. Jalal wants to go to Ruq as she may be worried Jodha says it is better not to tell Ruq in this condition as it may have a bad effect on her health and child's. Jalal says no she will feel bad and if she knows from someone else she will be mad and in this palace every news travels very fast. Jodha says she will go to her to give Prasad and tie the holy thread and tell her and later he may go to her.
Meanwhile Ruq comes to know about the attack on Jalal and is mad as no one told her she in a huff and anger quickly plans and goes walking very fast to Jalal's khawabgah Hosiyaar tries to stop her and asks her to sow down as she should not walk quickly in her condition and all the other Begums of the Harem also think why she is so angry she will make a mincemeat of someone. As she reaches Jalal's Khawabgah she hears him saying Ok we will not tell her and she shouts what will you not tell me and asks him I am your best childhood friend your 1st wife why are you hiding things from me you get attacked fight a whole army get hurt all know about it. She says I have to hear about an attack on you from a bandi you should tell me I cant bear to see your hurt and then Jalal placates her saying we did not tell you as you are pregnant and may get upset and also Jodha saying we went there for blessing for the child in your womb .She shouts at Jodha saying don't interfere when I am talking to my husband. Then Jodha tries to pacify her and ask her to drink some water and take deep breath she does not listen then Jalal makes her sit beside him and then cools her down Jodha ties one holy thread on Ruqs wrist saying see we wanted blessing for your child Jalal tells her Jodha begum fought with all and now we both are safe and I am safe he then tells her that now whenever I will go out I will always take her out with me instead of soldiers then says good I am not your enemy other she would have killed me. Ruq gets madder and madder lol thinking even with me here Jalal is talking and looking at Jodha she says she wants to take rest and go to her Hojra. and Jalal carefully takes her to her Hojra and again placates her and says if anything happens to the child I will not be able to bear that is why I did not tell you and says sorry to her and kisses her forehead saying he will never hide anything from his Khaas begum to appease Ruq . As Jalal leaves she asks him to send Jodha to her and removes and throws away the thread which Jodha tied saying she will never let her take away Jalal from her..
AK comes to his Hojra it is all dark then MA lights the candles and asks him where he went.AK tells him he went to take revenge from Jalal as he insulted her.He tells her he is lucky Atga came and again escaped. MA gives him a dragger asking him to behead her as she cant stay without him and asks AK why he is attacked Jalal and he such a huge personality he is the SH of this kingdom why he is after him. MA cries and begs him not to kill Jalal as he will kill him in return or get him buried live in a wall. AK asks don't beg in front of me your tears make me weak She asks him not to attack Jalal and she does not want to see his dead body or cry in front of it. She asks AK to have patience.
Jalal is washing his face and Atga Khan comes and tells him that the culprit is known who attacked him he is about to tell but Jalal says he wants all to come to DEK where he will deal with him. He won't leave that person live as he dared to attack his near ones as Jodha Begum was with him and she was also wounded he being a SH he can bear people attacking him . He wants to tell something but just then Jodha singing the bhajan reaches his ears and he forgets everything and gets drawn to her hojra. He sits in prayer and Moti and Zakira leave. Jodha does not notice him she finishes her Bhajan and puja and gets up with her Aarti plate and then sees him. She is pleasantly surprised and says SH you here. He says what to do I can never resist your singing and I come here she gives him Prasad and asks whether he will teach her something and become her guru.
Ja says why are you joking I am an illiterate person what can I teach yoy. She says I can never joke on you despite not learning how to read you know more then the best knowledgeable persons And asks him to teach him how to pray as per his religion she wants to pray to Khuda and what is said in the prayers. Jalal is amazed and pleased. She says I have seen ammijaan and SB putting their chunni like this and puts her dupatta and gets ready bringing a mat Jalal tenderly kisses her forehead and then both start doing namaz a very beautifully picturized scene with the soul scene in it and Jodha looks at Jalal and hesitant bit stumbling but does everything as he does after the Namaz is over he looks at her hands which have the scars of wounds .He says he will take revenge for every drop of her blood and asks her to get ready immediately and come to DEK again he kisses her forehead and leaves and Jodha is thinking.
