One lie leads to another...cliche statement but Ruq is going to fall in to this very trap. At one point, she'll have to question herself:

Why am I doing this? What have I gotten out of it? Why have I wasted my time and reputation on this? How could I do something so stupid ? What consequences will this have on others? OMG! What have I done!

And then she'll repent for it ...her forgiveness coming only after Salim's birth. I only have pity for Ruq..no hatred or dislike. She could have remained same instead of bending to the vile ways of Maham and becoming what she is today.

After one point, you'll no longer have any dislike towards anyone...all that is going to be left is pity. Anyway, I am happy that nothing she does cn separate JJ. Why Jalal was more into Jodha's baby than recollecting the fact that there is a pregnant Ruq back home.( Who obviously isn't pregnant. How long can she fake it? Find yourself a suitable spot Ruq and let the truth roll out.)
