Actually Jallu doesn't know anything about what's in that kadha. He was just kidding around with Ruq. She said the kadha was so bitter, what's in it? And Jallu recited all the bitter things he could think of: Neem, karela, dhatura. This wasn't a serious ingredients list.

He was not serious at all...
It was just to tease ruks..he was taking name of all sorts of bitter things
Like karela,neem and dhatura
