He didn't come with the intent to consummate. However both had been feeling love and, we have to assume, physical desire for each other for a while. Jodha's love confession, wrested out of her soul by sheer intensity of the circumstances, removed the last remaining barrier and put them a bit helplessly on that path. :)

I think, it was the best dialog from yes. epi. Just beautiful ☺️ Jallu knew for sure that she was going to stop him 😆 And I don't think he came in to her hojra with the intention of consummation. It was there anniversary that day, so he wanted to make her his forever. But Ruqs pregnancy news came in between and their SR got delayed lil bit 😳 I think with or without Ruqs, either way JJ consummation would have happened. But I love the way CV's proceed to the SR scene. First Ruqs fake news, Jo getting jealous, Jallu confronting Jo, she pouring her heart out in front him, he also shared his thoughts and cleared Jo's doubt, JJ confessing their love for each other, then their SR...just perfect 👏 👏
