What happened to the CV's of Jodha akbar. Please create some powerful scenes that has meaning and depth to the characters, by giving them wonderful dialogues. They did this sooo well before and now everything is going down the drain.

Not that it is an excuse but perhaps the CVs are either busy watching IPL or waiting for IPL to finish 😆

I just can't understand Jodha and Hamida Banu sympathizing with Maham. I understand HB, but Jodha has seen the worst of Maham since last 1 year.

Well Jodha has always been more forgiving when it comes to anyone else but Jalal ... She can even understand Maham's POV ... Bu this is not new, this has always been the case

Thank god Maham snubbed her and Jalal used his brains..

The only think saving me in this show is Jalal. They killed one of my other favorite character Ruqaiyya too...I feel Ekta lost the focus or the plot. Too many plots going on the same time is killing the show.

Yes, Jalal is awesome these days ... Too many plots is common in a serial, but it is coming at the expense of showing the love story

To add to that, there is no chemistry and love scenes between the leads..

• I was expecting a sword practising session by Jalal, where Jodha is admiring his physique and he teasing her.
• Jodha cooking for him or learning to write in Urdu or practice his culture
• Playing that polo game, they can involve ruku too and some how Jodha halal end up riding the same horse in pretense of teaching the game.

I also wanted a polo match! And the other two are great ideas as well!

They could do so much in this show and show their love more beautifully and increasing that physical tension and attraction towards each other, but NO all they want to show is more plots.

Sorry for using your post for venting, but l feel so bad when the CV's do this to a wonderful show.

Only thing that keeps me going is the HOPE that you give us in your posts. You are the most optimistic person ever.

Thanks- that is what keeps me going ... I don't want people to give up on the show now when we have come so far. The dragging now is nothing compared to the Ben track but I think folks are very impatient for the love story as we now know both love each other.

It is no easy feat to stand up to the Begum-e-Khaas especially when that Begum has been the big bully for years. In his years of service, Hoshiyaar has always done his utmost to placate her and to stay in her good books. This has unfortunately involved a lot of flattery in which Hoshiyaar has not been true to himself. But, now he has finally done something in which he has been true to his real beliefs and this is just so heartwarming.

BTW Divya, Let me tell all our frnds - Akbar loved fragrances and perfumes and had a personal perfumery where he experimented with and created perfumes - and there is an entire chapter in the A'in which provides the recipes of these perfumes (including soaps and censers) - and he used to ensure that all the rooms of his palace including the DEK were always sweet smelling with the use of perfume censers!!!!
