Well, that certainly makes sense. And I agree that this serial isn't as important as who the real Akbar was. But in the present scenario, excuse the language - its a mighty pain in the bum - to be shown such stuff 😡

secondly .. Yes ! Akbar .. did gave more advantages to Hindus after the very first time he married a hindu woman .. things changed .. more advantages to Hindus ..

I agree with you. We are pretty much saying the same thing. I can understand the need to twist history but it is just NOT done to always show the main female lead to be a paragon of virtue and the male lead to be this dependent imbecile!

I think we are jumping the gun here, how can we form an opinion based on a promo. Maybe it is just a dream, maybe Jalal has already taken the decision, he just wants to see Jodha's reaction.

There are many explanations. We need to watch the episode first and then comment.

I know I am posting ahead of the episode. That is because in all the ways it shows that Jodha is paramount to the decision making of Akbar, when he should be having enough sense on his own to make the decisions for the betterment of the people. If its a flashback, my entire post stands. If its a dream, that again shows that Jalal is more worried about pleasing his Queen than he is about his own suffering people. Which is quite wrong.

Akbar gave advantages because he understood Hindus more, he knew what needed to be done. It wasn't because Jodha constantly sat on his head giving him advice. He was a great King and in the hands of Ekta, he has been reduced to this lovesick dumb man. I really don't like this 🤢

I am inclined to think that Jalal does not dream about bhashans, his dreams about Jo are always romantic. If that is so, either he is talking to Jodha in person, or he is recounting a previous talk he had with her.

If it a previous talk then it means that Jalal does not always follow Jodha's advice because he has done nothing about the issue till date.

Now it is shown how he reached from Jalal to Akbar. AGree he is a great emperor with lots of administartive skills. That does not mean he cannot take advise from others. Just because Jodha mentioned something that does not mean she is given credit
