If he had refused it then what'd have been the difference between him and others? But he accepted it genuinely and admired how a man who is owner of nothing is ready to share his food with him.

This is what makes me all the more angry for reducing his dignity and greatness pathetically and halofying others.

Of course it doesn't. Even as Badal, he didn't have any problem staying anywhere or eating anything. But today, he was made to look so pathetic and haggard. As though he was suffering personified, crying and berating himself for having questioned her. He could melt even a stone. But apart from some tears, the same intensity was missing on the other side leaving an unease of why he has to do this to himself.😭. Rajat was marvellous.

We watching him onscreen can feel his pain, his so called wife doesn't realise😭
