Ekta should kick him out. This is too much. Moreover the time is apt now.
Today i read somewhere on forum that Ekta changes her directors in 6 months or 1 year. The situation is ripe for chucking Banta out now. Again i read on forum that show ran for 1 month without him before also, when he went on leave. There isn't dearth of directors for her. Its high time now that this man either mends his ways or Ekta does the needful.

Ekta has to solve the problems with the director otherwise many actors will quit and affect the show.
I hope Paridhi will remain.

i do not think its anything to do with sexual harassment, it could be that she is over worked and cannot give ample time to her family, maybe she wants her timings to be more regular instead of haphazard!..the rest all are rumors!

I hope pari don't quit its grave issue and director shud be change if he's the reason for all
