Actually it doesn't matter as long as there are coordination between the groups and the script editor.

I don't know Indian CV works on serial longer than 200 episodes like this but in South Korea, apart from Main Writer, 2 Assistant Main Writers and up to 8 script writers, they have 3 Script Editors who are responsible for editing every single line in the script to make sure the storyline is consistent and continuous before it can be shot.

And like in India, in South Korea, they also shot the episode a week or 2 weeks before it's airing.
