LOVED JALAL
LOVED JODHA
LOVED THEIR RELATIONSHIP!

I liked the balance between Jodha and jalal today ...he remained embroiled in matters of the state and she in matters of the harem...and yet both were there for each other at the right times!

Loved Jalal's supportive stance for Jodha at different points - neither overt nor subtle- just right...he warned Jodha about Ruqs today too...so, me thinks he's just alerting one wife to the others' kaabiliyat like a coach would before a tense match! With Ruqs he does it with a smirk and with Jo he dons a frown!

Seen Jalal in many a kashmakash and Jo maarg-darshing him...today Jo in kashmakash and jalal marg darshing her...

She stumbles he catches her, he stumbles she catches him...his family members wrong her, he stands by her...her family members wrong him, she stands by him! I loved how he let her be and how she let him be today...very matured dialogues, discussions and all their statements befit their statuses!
No one over-shadowed the other...today was the episode epic journeys are made of (no, not love stories...but, journeys yes!)

THE THRILLS

The sujamal angle made it very thrilling, Jodha's acting (swallowing her grief) in that scene was stupendous as was Jalal's angry emotional turmoil after having lost his cousins. Btw, how sexy did he look touching the blade of his sword as he questioned her? 😛
And the sharif, tabassum angle is also quite thrilling as Abhay pointed out! 😃

THE KID ISSUE
The kid issue is not going to create problems for her...it's a minor fault...jalal has overlooked bigger things...don't worry about the 'kid' thingy...
Her expressions were more like the kid who'd just hidden a bar of chocolate...not one who'd committed a sin...
And I liked watching Jo do these little shaitaaniyaan...breaking laws and all...just makes her more human! Jalal is only gonna love her more for it!

P.S.
That tender hand-on-shoulder in front of taraazu was wow...
Watching her nearly in anguish, he places his hand on her shoulder...
She watches his hand and gets puzzled momentarily, but he thinks nothing of it...his expressions are 'Go for it girl, you have it in you! Don't doubt yourself...'😃

just loved it lashy..its very well balanced epi..again gud n better than daily ones...

A beautiful, near perfect epi...👏

The script was closely woven, there were single frame shots especially of the leads, no OTT scenes, (except Ruqu's 😆), n most importantly, terrific Akdha scenes...they carried the story & their relationship forward...if cvs wish to hold their TRUMP CARD ( aka Akdha romance 😃) for a later date, no problem with that...thankfully, they did not show those repetitive scenes n convos b/w them...

All in all, a fabulous epi...😳

as usual amazing. I agree with all your points. Good episode. Taraju scene is awesome as well as the one in weapons room👏

Also I think that painter has a major role to do about Sharifs mean thought and in his destruction

Infact, Akbar had asked this very painter to never paint Jodha's portrait for any one else, right??

Divya , 👍🏼 for ur post. Enjoyed the mahaepi, one of the few of many other shows, in which actually some story progress was shown well, I d say.

As u said , Jalal is well preparing his 2 begums as adversaries. That slave scene in the bazaar & that kid was put in aptly to add more weightage to Jodha s decision to take up harem responsibilty & then, the tarazu scene. It was great to see Jalal encouraging Jodha to take it up & citing her qualities for it ( dont hit me, but I ve to tell it here. This scene was done exactly the way it is, Jalal encouraging Jodha & lending his support, unlike the scenes where Jodha is shown lending support or helping Jalal choose right from wrong, but it always ends up as Jodha giving expert advice to a not so able Jalal, atleast that s how it has seemed to me which always left me a little disappointed, sorry for ranting, but this is what I felt after seeing this scene today ). Hope Jodha understood what Jalal was telling her when he said that Ruqs cant be underestimated nor her experience. And I felt a little bad for Jalal that he has to ask Jodha to give time for him too, though it was said halfjokingly.

Dont know why she hid the kid from Jalal nor was it shown that she confided to Hamida about it, hopefully the kid s presence there will end up in good for her. But coming to Hamida, wonder how none of the other begums ever complained to her about the harem s state nor Ruq s behaviour all these years, but now chose to confide in Jodha . I know , cant expect that much logic na 😉

And then the JaJo armoury scene. Loved how Jalal went about telling of Sujamal s treachery & priming Jodha gradually to the truth. But I really felt bad for Jodha for having to make that decision about her bro & also I had a brief thought about future instances when she d have to side with Mughals wars with Rajvanshis ( must have been a terrible ordeal for the real MUZ too at such times, the clash in loyalties, wont dwell on this too much as its not right to talk about that here ).

That Hoshiyaar/ Ruq public breakup scene was so so fake that we ve already smelt a rat there, but will Jodha catch onto it? Jalal did warn her about Ruq & Ruq is just doing ranneeti of a sort here too, dirty though it might seem. But Jo has to learn all this cunning too, if she wants to be an able harem administrator & a future capable MUZ of a great Shahenshah.

PS: Cheapuddin & his cheapest thoughts 😡 😡 , words fail me to describe such a person who seems to be a lowlife , whether it s loyalty to his wife or to his Emperor 😡

yes...

and even if Jodha doesn't go there by her own accord.. I wouldn't be too surprised if MA manages to orchestrate a meeting without Jodha's knowledge..

I mean when Jodha is off on a temple visit or whatever...or maybe on her way to maika... send a hush hush letter to Sujamal like as though its from Jodha (this lady is master of letter-misinterpretation anyway!)

And if the sister-brother are caught together, then Jodha is an errant of the Sulatanat!

Even if Jalal doesn't suspect her of having had malicious anti-sultanat intentions...he might be angry with her for meeting Sujamal at all... he's very protective of his family and with Sujamal having killed his cousins, he's going to be specially angry!

divya🤗..two scenes stood out today..the tarazu scene and the last scene over sujamal..i must say RT took my heart away with his mind blowing performance! the rest was bit yawnworthy full of melodrama but paridhi was great in emoting through her eyes in the last scene when she learns about sujamal..wow!
