I don't agree with your view. The BJP has never opposed Jodha Akbar, not even when the movie was released. They are not going to start now, especially when they see how popular it is.

Even if BJP comes to power, they have better things to do than to worry about a serial.

And even on BT official site, till JA is being show, maybe these are media hype to promote her movie or maybe because, she doesn't face ban on her movie which is due for release this week.
