MA -RUQ - JO
The minute Ruqaiyya started off on her rant - especially pointing the needle at MA - MA's expressions were priceless. I'm certain the lady felt like slapping Ruqs there... had Ruqs been Adham ek chaataa maar hi deti shaayaad!😆
When Ruqs said 'Thak chuki hain' I felt like laughing...what exactly has she been doing that tires her so? Then, she listed out her jobs 'Shatranj' etc etc and I got my answers!😆
Jodha's replies to Ruqaiyya were very good and the fact that she gave MA nothing more than an 'odd' stare sealed the scene for me!😊
AMERIS
Apart from a change in visuals and a news update about Sujamal this scene had no great significance!
Khangar Singh's acting/dialogue delivery left a lot to be desired!😕
Bharmal's initial take on the fact that they MUST inform Shehenshah about their stance on Sujamal so that they're not suspected of treachery and then Khangar Singh overriding the advice only spells doom for the Ameris!
JODHA-RAHIM
I loved loved this scene - Paridhi's expressions here when Rahim is all teacher-styled strict with Jodha is a treat to watch!😆
This duo are Jalal's biggest distraction, aren't they?
'What have you been tutoring her? What are you getting in return for this? How capable is your student, after all?' (Note Jo's expressions when Jalal asks this last query😉)
Such a mischief-monger Jalal is!😆

JALAL-JODHA
This tug-of-war between two friends was a treat to watch - everytime Jodha suspected he was taunting her, he came back with a genuine compliment to bring a smile on to her face. Everytime Jodha started revelling in the beauty of the praise, he pulled her slightly down - towards him - with a light-hearted tease!
Nevertheless; despite the tu tu main main that took place in this scene - one cannot help but notice - how Jalal did mention that he considered Jodha 'special' because she took 'special' efforts to treat everyone 'equally'!
Just as I'd guessed - a short while thereafter - the tell-tale question was popped 'Why did you save my life?'
'How many times are you going to ask me this?' she evades the query coyly 'You're my husband and your life matters to me'
'Leaving questions hanging with vague answers that can allow the interrogator to interpret the message either way is another of your talents' he sportively says - letting her get away this time too!
Jalal and Jodha were so uncomfortably comfortable with each other in this scene, it was a delight to watch! It was like watching two friends who find each other's company so interesting - two companions who're immensely attracted to the other - two royals using the excuse of such light conversations as a welcome distraction from the otherwise mundane affairs in the palace!
Basically, the crux of this entire scene could be summed - by his expressions and her smiles - by his flirtatious glances and her responses 'I love teasing you...I love these bitter-sweet exchanges that we have...I love flirting with you and I like how you not only let me do it... but, welcome it too lately, khaas begum!'
What's not to love in the manner with which he signed off their conversation - in a husky voice 'Khaas Begum, I take your leave now'
Hmmm, khaas indeed! I can see that - protest as she may- the lady liked hearing the word 'khaas' a lot from her husband!
ABUL MAALI- SHAREEF
Abul Maali - Desperately needs new clothes and a good conditioner!😆
Shareef - Liar liar pants on fire! Abul Maali's aware of your plans..
Remains to be seen who's gonna be the first victim of the two, though!
JALAL-ADHAM
I liked how this time Jalal showed - more than just by mere words - that he didn't like Adham Khan's incapable administrative stances!
I'm waiting to see how Jalal takes action on the million other villains surrounding him, one after another! Hope the CVs start the downfall of at least one of them - 6 months is long enough! 😊
PRECAP
So, it is MA's kaand after all! No surprises there 😆
Also, as from the promo its clear Jalal is expecting his 'khaas' begum (which, hopefully members would now be assured that he refers to Jo as too😉!) so lets' see who was meant to go and why the mix-ups!
MY TAKE
Stay positive! Jalal is getting there - Jodha is getting there - then, why are we failing to see it so? 😊
