Pari difficult to answer but yes Jo appealed to his heart by saying she will be in pain and used logic to convince his mind...

I think the long JJ scene was due to reason, maybe Shivani will be pregnant and that is why they are not bringing in her track yet cos they can hardly show her pregnant after 15 days! na?

So maybe Jalal will remember what all JO did for BB and he will remember how much Jo cares for his sis, so that will make him lenient etc.

Otherwise all the dialogue about Shehenshah not changing decision etc.
