Mansi, I have gathered all the courage I could, just to write this post. Hope I will not be trashed along with JO-RU-JA. Yes the opening scene was what I predicted that Jalal slept with Ruqaiya in the tent while Jodha was better off outside away from the company of Ruqaiya and Jalal. May be it was for her good that she need not have to share the room with Ruqaiya. All the justification we can think of about Jalal's this action (if they don't show any other better one in some flash back later) that the moment Baba Salim Chisti talked about MUZ, his desires come alive and as he could not gear up his courage to ask Jodha whether she is ready to prove Salim Chisti's Ashirvachan or prediction, he chose the other better option to channelize his desire elsewhere. Ruqu was more than ready for him as it was her agenda to keep them away physically. God I felt like some caterpillars scrawling on my body when I heard her telling so enthusiastically to Maham that she succeeded in keeping them away physically. Thank god, I was alone watching the episode and otherwise I really don't know how I would have faced others.
May be when he came out after his night with Ruqu, he would have fantasized his relation with Jodha when she was tossing. I would have loved if Jodha's soul teased Jalal about leaving her alone to the company of wild animals. May be Jodha would have chosen to sleep out, maybe she would have decided that the forest animals or less wild than the ones in the tent. The mosquito bite would have been better than the queen bite.
Sorry guys, if I pour water on your hopes that Jodha is now totally in love with jalal. No doesn't even have realized that whatever she feels is LOVE. Yes she has accepted him as her husband and is ready to fulfill all her duties of a dutiful wife like cooking his meal, sharing his meal, giving head massage, applying medicine to his wound (btw, I have been thinking of asking you people since the Dakku attack, that during the fight, Jalal's dress got torn due to knife cut but when they started in the morning, his dress indeed was prefect, so should we say Jodha has that hunar also that she stitches the clothes in such perfection, that the stitches won't even be visible?), go on for a long distance walking with him, tease him, appreciate him etc. etc. But she is not yet given him permission to touch her in special ways. So Jalal should be careful before act, even though she is giving wrong signals. If she had thought him that close, she would have realized why she blushes whenever she think of Jalal or talk about him. Only SB & HB are building castles in the air and so is Jalal who is just waiting for an opportunity to make Salim Chisti's prediction a reality. We may not get that reality soon.
About Jalal not reprimanding Ruqaiya on her behavior, he might have felt that as natural and we who have some decency might think that as indecent. Neither Jalal nor Ruqu feels, that there is more to husband and wife relation than getting physical. Till such time they realize that, we are prone to have more such occasions.
Btw, don't get the wrong impression that Jalal suspect AK, no such thing is happening. He is just giving him some responsibility to trash the Dakkus in the same way he tackled the Pahilwan. Jalal is clueless about AK's involvement but atleast he did something good that he can send Ak out of Agra for a day or two.
About Pilgrimage tax, he might invite the concerned officers both from tax collection and Jail to Agra and then ask them about the Sahi farman, may be he suspects BK here as BK was the one who gave wrong info about Todarmal. Before discussing this in public, he might talk to HB on this. I just hope he talks to HB and not MA.
Jodha will not give Jalal a straight answer to his question in the precap. She might as well say that she enjoyed the journey much as he was the one who organized it or since he took care of her. She will not say his company was more pleasurable and because of that, the journey was a happy one.
I don't think Rahim or Shivani will appear anytime soon.
For the time being, during the Godbarai, Ruqu might change some items or spoil something which was most needed for the rasam and blame Jodha for spoiling BB's special day. Or she may plan it in such a way (Jodha's meeting with Shareef) that Jodha might be congratulating Shareef for going to be father and he making use of the situation might hold her hand to thnk her for the freedom and at that perfect moment Ruqu will bring Jalal to the scene and tell him something absurd which the brass ear Shehenshah will believe. Or the worst is that (I hope they don't show it already Holi season, just we have completed Sivaratri in this seriel) Sujamal has reached Agra to get the Rakhi from Jodha and Ruqu use this as an opportunity and tell Jalal that Jodha is plotting against Jalal and that is the reason she got Shareef out of jail and now Sujamal has joined them (may be Maham will complete the story by narrating how Sujamal was with Shareef earlier during Amer war.
