Chief Teddy was REALLY cute yesterday when Todarmal hinted that he knew who really was...he fluttered his eyes so guiltily. Hahahahahah. He's an aam aadmi here, so I went and pulled his cheeks.

btw, where is salim chisti's credit in recognizing jalal-jodha?? jalal was in full get up, but jodha's face was clearly visible & chisti had already seen her before. so obviously he will recognize them.😆

Shyamala, in this entire discussion of shamsheer baazi and an admirable Todar Mal and TE's reverse SKLL teasing one scene got totally missed - an extremely beautiful symbolism - when TE and Chudail were leaving TM's home in the morn and he offers a palki to Chudail.

Pls note how beautifully TE gives deference to Chudail (without butting in to impose, when he really did not want any more favors and had she accepted he would have found a way to repay TM too) and how beautifully Chudail (understanding TE's manodasha) thanks yet refuses!!!

This was so beautiful - A man who could have imposed himself, lets his woman take the call and a woman who could have been blind, acts as a true 'Ardhangini' - Now this does give me hope for a Chudail who will know that her Patidev does not want her to side step for MEK!!!!

I think yesterday's episode was so action packed and full of feel good moments, everybody was getting credit. WOW how did you recognise?? 😲 😆

I know this isn't an AT for Rajat but wanted to mention the ease with which this guy moves in and out of character at one moment he is Badal and the next he is Shehensha

Few instances

He is Badal when he asks Todar Mal may I ask you whose picture this is and the moment he is told it's SSS he is Shehensha Jalal asking " and what is it doing here?"

When bidding goodbye he is Badal but the moment he is give. The shahi Mohar his tone again changes to Jalal

And Lastly after Todar Mal has told him how he was given the Mohar ...Rajat starts the dialogue as Badal saying " aapne Badi choki baath kahi , aap bhale manas hai" and then when he says " hum zindagi bhar aapki di hui seek yaad rakhenge" he is again shehensha Jalal.

Awesome voice modulation and superb smooth transition between the two characters

What an actor.

jalal wasnt surprised, but jodha looked too surprised. but her face was clearly visible.😆

Oh ho Another point to note - What has changed the Todar Mal equation in TE's eyes????

It is not the recounting of TM of having safely brought Humayun's begums back to Agra nor of Humayun giving the mohur as a thankyou to TM!!!

It is that fact that TM has recognised the Emperor and yet has not named him openly!!! This is TM giving his loyalty to his Emperor - This is so very symbolic!!! And TE has acknowledged this!!! That was the reason TE turned back for that last look before he left!!!

The voice over was indeed correct!!! This was a night of Change for TE!!!
