If the dude isn't humbled now, then he will never be. Abhi attitude dega then it will be highly ungrateful of him.
Ideally he should worship the very ground she walks on and crawling for forgivance of his behaviour before the vish gulping. That is what people usually do even in real life i.e. become sheepish and tail around the person who got you out of a mess for a few days.
I found Jalal and Jo's interaction full of dignity, instead. He didn't launch into 'humein maaf kardein Jodha begum' speech. Neither he grovelled. He simply removed his jootis as a mark of respect for the religious beliefs of his begum. Further showed his religious tolerance when he offered the prasad to Jodha and Moti. This can also be taken as a sign that he wants to re-gain Jodha's respect, as after the recent events he thinks he doesn't deserve it. Also, he enquires after the well-being of his wife. Like a caring husband.
So, one might deduct that he showed signs of becoming a Labrador. But definitely not a poodle. 😉
Don't worry he will back to his usual German Shepherd form after a few epis, as you prefer. 😆
But will always remain loyal to Jodha. 😳
