I think Mayhem is just quietly watching ALL of Jalal's reactions, inwards she will be hoping that Jodha does not make it BUT outwardly she will show concern

Mayhem knows that NOW Jalal will NEVER let Jodha go away from him so she lost with all her efforts, look at the man ki baat Mayhem says before the sevaiya Jodha Begum ki halat etc.

Now Mayhem is shell shocked - I think the CVs might show Mayhem go to her hojra once Jodha regains consciousness & scream her head off & cry

When she will learn of Adham's plan she will fight with him saying HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER NOW ONLY JODHA WON

kyu sab HB ko curse karrahe hai ? I am happy that she didnt prove out to be a typical maa who adds salts to his son's wound,..instead she consoled him coz she knows Jalal will blame himself only, he is not the one who puts the blame on someone else...so what she did is what a good mother should do...at this point of time Jalal needs consolation and a shoulder to cry on. I was happy HB didn't curse him.

It is both actually, Jalal ACKNOWLEDGED IT NOW, but he just could not keep away from Jodha also
Remember he keeps looking at her, searching her all the time
His panic that he might lose her, that she did all this to save his life brings the floodgates open

The horrific dialgoues were when he was most enraged, (I had made post about this) that was the first time he goes to Jodha's hojra after the dhakka, so after he talks to Ruk about the room and when she accuses him, HE CAN'T CONTROL HIS ANGER & OLD HURT
So he says to Jodha I will never be back in this room, they all are aware what he means,
Jodha does not react so that makes him ever angrier, that you are feeling all the hurt but the other person does not seem to care about that, that is more maddening to him

Jalal might not have confided but he did not have any control over his feelings also, that is why he says to God today, I hid from everybody but cannot hide from you, I cannot live without her, I will die without her
