Ahoy all Ye cheerin folks...!

Welcome one...welcome all...to the leakiest cauldron of all times...The Mughal Dungeon... ruled by the now apparently grandest eejut in the land...the fictionalised,marginalized, pulverized, demilitarized, pasteurized, burglarized,sanitized,plagiarized...Jalaluddin Mohammed...not yet Akbar...

and thank 'em lordies fer that...coz this one ain't deservin of a lampoon, forget an honorific...

So, in said dungeon, there is a buy one get one free deal...buy one guard, get another leaky guard freee...wheee! And they can do the best "see no nothin...hear no nuttin..."impersonations that u have EVAH...seen...or heard..or whatever...

There are more secrets to be had here than there are in the NSA...and their whistleblowers can give a certain Mr. Snowden a serious run for his rouble...also the folksies here know more 'bout what's a'happenin in the world above...than the clodpates that actually live in it.. Such efficient information processing takes place only in these deep, dark undergrounds...

Also, spies are..in this eejutdom...as is blatantly obvious... as rare and as thick in the head as the dimensions of the depicted ...Koh-I-Noor, and apparently just as patently glassy as the non-gem depicted...and clueless as hell...as are most law n order officials in the land...

And weapons...those can be availed just fer the askin...not the forget that the prison cells come with totally bendable bars...of course...

why..'tis a vacation , I say...bein here...away from the bustle and tussle of crowded harems...stressful politics...tugs n bugs for power...wars n conflicts hither n thither...yech!blech! ...who wants to deal with blood n gore...such a bore!TCH!

Ye gads! Who the heck wants to be up in the sunlit world...when the dark, blessedly cool...by all appearances dust n stench free leaky prison beckons one into its soothing depths...coz here one has the..

Bare Necessities...the simple bare necessities..

If Bozo Bull prances around doin the bestest impression of a stultified zombie...or the Mughal version of Big Moose..take your pick...then it follows that in said Empire...the subjects would take their cue from their Imperial Obtuseness...leading to the creation of the leaky cauldron stated above...hell ...that place is the widest holed sieve...and the fact that they have not been conquered or pulverized to within an inch of their sword widths is a wonder known only to ..well..whoever wants to know such stuff..

And so, to the women...falls the burden of rescue and recovery...in myriad ways...

Now coming to our King, you know we just need to assume his brains went for a toss with the shove.. But then the Tasneem tack was before the shove right? I wonder what happened then.

Like I said in some other thread the rate at which Ekta is going, sooner all alter all these historical figures are gonna come out of their graves!

But Rani, today, after a long time, I was relieved.

Relived that Ben was out.

Relieved that the lost senses of our king could return soon.

Reality is finally hitting him.The state of affairs is pathetic...Abul Mali escaped- A vish Kanya was on the verge of becoming his begum. He refused to use any of his eyes when claiming to have a constant watch.

I for one found that bit about Jalaal shouting that Abul Maali was responsible for all this very funny... I had thought he would blame himself ?😉

So now that the saga is over, can we hope our old Jalaal (the one from pregnancy MU) returns very soon?

How the creative team is planning to redeem his character ...am not sure.

Am really hoping for the Jalaal from August and the Jodha from tasneem track. I for one have my hopes building up... Let us see.

Thank you Ela, l sincerely love reading your posts. I just gave up on the serial and just read updates. I am a die hard history buff and Akbar and Ashoka are two Indian historical figures I guess I fervently admire, add to that the largest loomer of all...Alexander..and I have the AAA trifecta...
