No.. its BT creation, its not real, this never happened in the historical perspective, though there were lots of conspiracies against Akbar. Vishkanyas were real, but I remember it to be only during the Gupta period, but yes.. they may have been used during Mughal regime also, but did not happen against Akbar as far as I know.

Haan sahi hai. Zahar Mohra naam ka ek diya Pune ke Kelkar museum mein hai. Kaha jaata hei ki baadshah Akbar ki khane ki thaali ko uske upar rakhi jati thi. Agar khane mein Zahar hai to thali ka rang Neela ho jaata tha.
