When the open milk-test has been proved wrong how can Jalal believe? How can everyone believe Jodha's words just because she is saying them. Even Moti and HB had reservations yesterday

As for Ruqaiya, she doesn't know that Ben is a Vishkanya. Jodha got to see Ben in action on Shivratri by chance. Ruqaiya didn't. Had Ruqaiya known, she wouldn't have thrown stones, but boulders at her. She only spoke as a queen (albeit a jealous one) today in DEK. There's no denying her audha fancy and seeing Jodha as a threat, but Ruqaiya would be the last person who will endanger Jalal. From her pov, Jodha's sister has caused her family disgrace and Jodha has made a false accusation against Ben. Bas.

Jodha has done Jalal a few favours, but Jalal has done more (Ela, I am expecting you in full steam here.😆). Pls don't forget he has also saved Jodha's life 3/4 times. Pls remember the Ashobhaniya Vyavahar after saving from the snake...there were no apologies then...there was no apology after the hunting fiasco from Jo...not just for endangering Jalal but the future of the entire Sultanate...But Jallu is a gentleman...don't worry he will apologise very well after the truth comes out.

If I disconnect myself from the love for show, I can partially understand why the CVs are degrading Jalal to such an extent.
Till MA is alive, it is known that there was petticoat government. So maybe CVs are trying to show that angle, where Jalal time and time again was manipulated by those he believed to be his "khaas". Akbar is a long road ahead...right now Jalal is the young Shahenshah still easily manipulated by others.

And speaking from a literary point of view, this was a great fall for someone of his station. His actions bring a lot about him into question, even his credibility...I feel angered at this but then I think...this is a big fall for Jalal...and after this he can do nothing else but realise his error and rise in our eyes later. Isnt it?

I mean, if Jalal had not behaved so crudely, if he had not been in the wrong today, would the effect of the truth about Benazir and Jodha being truthful affect him as much when he finds out in the future? If he had not been so harsh today, in the future he will not feel the need to repent or make reparations as acutely. If he was not so mean today, how will he realize he has to be more tender in the future?

Today is a built up for the setback that he will face when he is practically slapped on the face with the truth...and that will affect him deeply...deeply enough to stir his "dil" and make him improve his behaviour...its a built up to a better Jalal I believe.

So lets swallow the bitter pill of today...because a bigger fall is necessary today for Jalal to rise higher in the future.

And credit to Jodha for her tenacity to hold on to the truth. And seeing the bigger picture and prioritizing the Shahenshah's life before anything else, even her dignity. Truth always wins. Jodha is strong. She will not break so easily. Others will break while attempting to break her. 😆
