hiii guys ...as usual m back vd a question.

now i want to knw dt polygamy still exist in islam culture???

actually i hv nvr met vd any muslim prsn so i dnt knw anything abt muslim culture. ..recently i saw another shw whr a prsn z married vd two gals nd three of them were together so i ws like wt????

is it really exist???plz answer me...

They are legally allowed to have upto 4 wives so they can marry and it does happen at times..

Yes polygamy does exist in India and outside.. all though I have never met anyone in India who has more than one wife. 😆

Its very difficult for a woman to share her husband, plus I can only imagine the plight of the man if his story is like the guy in beinteha 🤣

It must be quite chaotic in my opinion..

Or there might be cases where the husband only loves one wife and the other is left to cry 😭

I am A Muslim and as better i can answer ur question no one can !

In Islam 4 marriages are aloowed but the condition is this that if the man is already married , and if want to help the widow or a poor woman he can marry her in that condition but what is happening now that people are keeping 4 or 2 wives .. though koi need nahe ha but still ..

so marrying 2nd wife in that condtion

I hate polygamy too.

It had existed before across religion, not just Muslims alone.

In the olden days Muslim religion made polygamy legal, because there were many wars, many soldiers died which left women and children abandoned and homeless. It was also the time when women were not allowed to study or step out of the house to fend for themselves, so only a man can be a provider, so it was allowed to protect women. But then it was misused with carnal intentions.

Hindus also practiced such polygamy even until the first half of last century, coz the in-laws in many families wouldn't tolerate daughters-in-law who doesn't bear children for the family.

I know of a couple of them ... Both are Hindus, their kids were mom's friends. Both wives lived in the same house.

Here in the western world also, there a few churches - some specific sect which allows polygamy. There was a CNN show about such a guy in Utah, there are many like him.

yeah i saw dt in beintha bt we r nt allowed to discuss another shw so i din't mentioned...

nd u r ryt yr it can be so chaotic nd how any gal share her husband...mai to jealousy se hi marr jau 😆...

we can say all these guys cant live happily if due to any reason a person do more than one mrg.
