Jo sees Benazir vomiting blue-green stuff. Since, Jodha is rather intelligent, she might guess that Ben is a vishkanya. She could also develop a plan of some kind to confirm her suspicions, before going to Jalal. Though, her track record says otherwise.
MA has seen that Ben's beauty lep isn't what it seems to be. In true MA style, she would make sure the harem is rid of the lep sold by Javeda in Meena bazaar. When the hakim sahiba comes to treat Javeda, then the hakim can tell MA about the poisonous nature of the lep. Would this make MA use her brain and confide in Resham that 'kuch toh gadbad hai'??
Jodha will go to Jalal to tell him of her suspicions and he will laugh mercilessly at her ideas. This will make him think that his plan was a raging success. Thus, Jo will be told-off by Jalal for being a jealous wife. And Resham/MA might hear it as they are mostly around Jalal's kaksh when important discussions are happening.
Jo will definitely try to protect to Jalal with her life. MA will also do the same as she too loves Jalal, in her own twisted way. She can't bear it for anybody else, apart from her son and herself 😉, to put Jalal down.
