Am scratching my head!
How can one change what has already happened?
Laws are put forth to provide guidance for the way of living...It can only be made effective for whats to come...

In the precap it seemed that he is going ahead with divorce
And if I know correct in Islamic law a man cannot remarry his divorced wife till she marries and divorces another man

Even Maham said the same

Thank you for your responses

Yesterday also when this issue was brought up in the forum,i had spoken about how laws work, even today.
When a new law is passed against a certain crime, one cannot be held credible for that crime,if the crime was committed before the law was passed.(Latest being in the case of delhi gangrape case, one of the accused was a juvenile)

This has been the state since ages. And im very sure it existed during those times too.Dont know what the cvs will do though.

I feel terrible for Ruqaiya. Seriously. She has been the guy since forever and now she has to divorce him because of a new law. Just imagine what kind of turmoil must be happening within her.

I empathise with her. Although obviously it is NOT Jodha's fault, just think what you would have done if you were in Ruqaiya's place? Your husband whom you have whole heartedly loved doesn't stand up,when their marriage was being questioned. Jalal was the emperor that time,I agree. I just wish Jalal would have come with an instant witty reply.

Damn you cvs! What the hell r u'll doing?!

My heart reaches out to Ruqaiya. If I was in her place,I would have rathered ranaway from the palace and jumped into the lake(deja vu much?)

Im gonna write the same thing as i wrote somewhere else...

Cvs are only adding more drama to the already dramatic track thats all...Since they got bored of making Jodha the direct victim, so this time its Ruq's time to be a direct victim and of Jodha's to be an indirect. As for Jalal all i can say is bechara...But this illogical twist can be the base of the future track..Maybe after this Jodha will try to stay away from Jalal...I so dont want this...Obviously by the end Jalal will declare that this law is implemented now onwards and dosen't effect the marriages that took places in the past...

I always have been optimistic, but today's episode just made me wanna throw things on the tv. Jalal is the emperor for god's sake,he is not weak! Im just fed up of these cvs reducing him into a typical Ekta hero.

Hey nandini! 🤗
Missed chatting with you. Congrats 4 being a coolbie. 😊
Even I am a silent member of this forum, you posted that's y replying.
To say the truth me & my mom were laughing watching the episode. 😆
The CVs think we r cowards. new laws are implemented to rectify the existing old laws but that doesn't mean something which was followed in old laws will become invalid.
In Hindu marriage act registry became mandatory I guess 2 years back, but that didn't mean all the unregistered marriages over the years became invalid. 😆
But yeah drama= TVTs. 😆
