Jodha never wanted or asked for so much as a trinket for her sister's marriage, but HB wanted to give lavish gifts , n if Jodha had protested on giving them , she'd have deeply hurt the sentiments of the only person who'd been like a guardian angel to her during her turbulent days in Agra.

N btw Jalal didn't give all that gifts for the sake of Jodha , he wanted to be so generous as he had to impress the Rajputs n create an impression on them that he's a very generous n benevolent king , it's all part of his big plan to spread his kingdom in Rajputana , nothing else, n that's why he gave away the Ratanpur fort, which btw is historically true also.

The real Akbar did give away Ratanpur fort to Jodha's sister in marriage.

But that's what made it all the more difficult for Jodha to trust Jalal, n frankly speaking , i think she's in for a major disappointment n heart break by trusting n growing soft for Jallu so soon. Completely disagree , I'm infact more fan of his voice than his acting. I think his voice is very sexy , much more than his looks.

His voice is one of the very few things I actually adore about him. 😳

Yup, it makes him indeed restless that Jodha wants absolutely nothing from him , that he can no way impress her by showering gifts etc on her . Jodha is one austere girl who has the highest expectation only from herself n no body else. She has least expectation from Jalal n that's why she's taken by pleasant surprize every time Jallu does any thing for her or just does any thing good.

Yeah Our jo is quite a strong lady.even if she gets heartbroken she has the courage to withstand the grief and move on.
