By the way, competency level of physicians in Mughal darbar needs a reality check😊. They gave up on Jalal during tiger incident, hakim could not predict the reason for high fever as response to 'lep', some other khawaja shera suggested for body heat and Jalal managed it with black cloth. Now, this 3rd Khwaja shera perhaps has diagnosed it wrongly.

Seriously, all these physicians need to be fired for the health sake of Agra fort residents 😆

I am not sure I could detect the jealous on hi face. All I could recognize was the hurt feeling that his Jodha Begum whom he kept on high pedestal has betreyed him. She had kept him at arm length while she went ahead had relationship with some one else and there by destroyed his trust in him. Had he thought of exposing Jodha to the whole world, he would have done that any moment but he wanted to have one to one talk with his Jodha Begum before concluding on the next course of action.

Jaya, yes I agree with you. Maybe "jealous" is not as good a word to use in this case as "hurt". (I meant the same thing but the word "jealous" is less accurate, as you say, and indeed it was more of "hurt".)

But then there comes the million dollar question: if he is "jealous", then he doesn't yet feel a lot for her and is looking out more for his positional humiliation and ego! Whereas if he is "hurt" it suggests an involvement of his heart in his feelings for Jodha! So yes, I too would love to see that he is more "hurt"!

On the other part, Jodha also was greiving for her fate. After a long time, she had started trusting her husband and was hoping for a emotional bond with him before bonding with him physically. That is what she exprssed to Moti by saying what ever is my womd is the proof of betreyal & forced physical bond and not the sign of love. Even without her knowledge, Jodha had started loving her husband and was eager to welcome their fruit of love and not the cactus fruit which though looks attractive and ripe, it will be poisonous and that will be the memory she will be carrying all through her pregnancy and whenever she see the child in future. She wanted to nurture her budding love with much care and is thinking that her husband had smashed and crushed it under his feet with his lust for her body. Though she was all confident & vocal in front of Ruqaiya about her Intact virginity on the stormy night, she could not expressed her disgust in open to one and all and with sorrow, she accepted all the blessing from herelders and well wishers. Even she is eager to have an one to one talk with Jalal.

On my God, Jaya your literary form is in full flow. I love the way you have described her as "grieving for her fate" ... and especially grieving that baby is not the "fruit of their love" but a "cactus fruit". Splendid observation!

And it makes me feel wonderful that Jodha too is definitely feeling something very strong for Jalal to be so crushed at what has happened! When she starts feeling that his "lust" should not crush the potential for "love" then she has also turned the corner! Wow!

From the Precap, all I could think is that they will vent out their hatred and ill feeling about each other. Jalal will be on his highest level of Sarcatim while Jodha will be on her lowest with her spirits and might cry her heart out about him using her unconsciouness to fulfill his LUST. After all their venting out of hurt, frustration, she might breakdown and faint. and yet again Jalal will hae to tend her to consciousness.

Awww! 😳😳Jalal breaking objects was HOT! But Jalal wiping Jodha's tears despite his own anger and frustrations will be MIND-BLOWING!

Hope it happens exactly like that!

Al I can think is rather than Jalal into action mode and starting his investigation, I just hope the to see the Hakim of Gwallior to make a random visit and declare that Jodha is not pregnant but is suffering with Food poisioning. I just hope that will happen before Jalal accuse Jodha of having an external affair and break her trust.

May be later Jala can investigate about who instigate this rumour about Jodha Begum's pregnancy ans why.

At the moment, I for one hoping to see the Sr. Hakim from Gwalio to make his grand entry and solve the agony of the 3 royal souls which are important for the Mughal sultanate.
