I agree with your points, but till Jalal is still not clear that he "loves" Jodha, he wants her and for him Ruqu's is his best friend. Also he said one thing to Ruqu's that he has made it clear to Jodha as well that No one can take Ruqu's place!!! The day he realises that he is in "love" things will further change

He could've easily played it down and have rukku bought it as well.

awesome write up Mansi..today I was eagerly waiting for u r take on Jalal's behavior...u r post is always balanced...neither Jalal nor Jodha gets bashed up in ur posts.. :) :)..and u always analyze them as two human beings...

vry true I felt the same abt Jalal, he is not playing any fake games its just he is trying his hard to balance everything...and trying to convey his thoughts and his stand to both Jodha and Ruq...

he is making sure Jodha stick to the fact tht Ruq is his begum-e-khaas and best friend so tht in future if Jodha falls in love she doesn't feel jealous of Ruq...
and the same way he is trying to make Ruq understand tht she is vry imp in his life and will remain and at the same time Jodha also matters to him as he wants to start new relationship wid her...

I'm happy tht my prediction (Ruq will be d one behing fake pregnancy thing) is going to be wrong...thanks to CV for making sure Ruq character is not stooping so low...
